Always delicious ice cream, and great service. We love how each person can choose exactly what flavour of ice cream and what toppings they want to make their perfect treat!

Really bad experience with this location

The ice cream is good, but they have no dairy free or vegan options. They also have soda pops on display in the store, but none are cold, so they sell you a warm bottle of pop - kind of weird. Location is on the smaller side and tight to move around when it’s a little busy.

We wanted to take out daughter for her first ice cream cone. We arrived at marble slab, ordered 1 cone, and two small bowls of ice cream. Within the time it took to walk from the counter to the sitting area outside everything was melted. It was a complete mess and we could not enjoy the ice cream at all. We had the throw it away immediately because it was just a mess. I don't understand how the ice cream was so warm right after being served. Not sure if it tasted good or not, because we had to throw it away. Very disappointed for a $30 purchase we couldn't enjoy

Very u helping staff.. the raspberries in the icecream tasted rotten.. i asked after first bite if they could do anything to make it better - no help staff said it is what it is.. awful customer service

Overly priced $10 ice cream looking cheesecake taste bitter not even sweet. Not worth it. Sorry.

While they used to provide lactose free options in the past they no longer do, ostracizing a large portion of their customer base and drastically reducing their potential revenues in the process.

Been frequenting this MSC since it opened years ago, and it's been steadily declining in quality but today was the breaking point. The prices have continued to rise, service was very rude and they had run out of cones, yet still refused to give a waffle bowl instead without an additional charge. After almost 20 years of patronage I will not be returning.

A must go to place. To die for ice-cream! Friendly service. My 92 year old Mom loved it! Thanks for the good time!

20 dollars for 2 separate scoops of ice cream. an absolute rip off for a not so good scoop of ice cream. will not be going bsck.

Delicious! Great experience! It's a choose your own adventure, with you picking your ice cream flavour or two and then adding any or all of the toppings. 🥰
