Food poisoning within 6 hours of eating the seafood risotto. Very busy on a Friday night, I wonder if the food was rushed and undercooked.

Abby, the young lady who was my server was exceptional. All the staff that I spoke to were excellent. I forget the name of the servers from previous times. Very clean facility. Great food. I thought the dimmer switch could be turned up a bit for the lights though and the music didn't seem to fit the atmosphere of the restaurant but it was fine. I'm certainly not an expert on that.

I recently had the privilege of being served by Julia the other day. She was so amazing and made the experience so memorable. I had never been to martinis/charcoal steak house before but I am so glad that I gave it a try! I just wanted a cute drink and some apps so I got the most beautiful Hugo spritz and my friend got a super yummy raspberry drink recommended to us by our amazing waitress, Julia. We then split some delicious cauliflower bites and I also got the best french onion soup (it felt like FUNion soup), also recommended by Julia! I had such a good time I might have to make this my go-to spot. Cant wait to bring my family here next time they visit - hopefully we get the same waitress, she really completed the experience.
Fantastic Resturant! Excellent menu that suits all. Best service you could ever ask for from the Bartender Sarah. Wonderful, extremely knowledgeable on cocktails, spirits, and wines. Sarah is also a fantastic ambassador for the Menu and the Charcoal group of Restaurants. A pleasure to be welcomed and looked after by Sarah when visiting Charcoal steak house or Martinis.
