Ordered online for a takeout. 6 piece signature chicken, Spicy Big Mary and Kid’s Spicy Mini Mary.

To begin with, the order was late by 15 min. Mini Mary was incorrect, I ordered spicy chicken, but it was regular chicken.

Both the sandwiches were very underwhelming. The chicken was small/thin and dry, with sloppy sauce placement and barely any lettuce. This didn’t meet expectations at all. And for these carelessly made sandwiches, waiting extra 15 min is not worth it. In 30 min, I could have gotten my food from a real restaurant and not a fast food chain.

Definitely not worth the price. There are better places out there. Fried chicken was the only thing that worked.

Order quite frequently from this location. Today my chicken was overcooked. My taters were undercooked and the manager said that is not possible. Very very disappointed with the customer service. Basically telling me that I'm not correct and that is food is cooked correctly

This restaurant was quite good when it first opened, the food is good but recently in the last few weeks it has become impossible to get chicken in a timely manner. On back to back nights they have either had limited chicken available or flat out told they didn’t have dark meat pieces at all. This is hours before close. Why even bother opening late if you haven’t prepared product to sell.

Love this chain, nothing wrong with the food, just not very pleasant to serve people and seem like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering food.

States the store closes at 1am
this is the second time we have been trying g to order si ce 11pm and the store is closed and the phones are taken off the hook.
we are a nightshift crew that was left without food all night for a second time.
I will not visit this Mary Browns ever again.

Horrible chicken! We've had Mary Brown for years but this location was not a good choice. Chicken was totally dried out. Seemed to have been sitting for a while. Disappointing.

I ordered in the app and put a note to add spicy seasoning on the taters. But they didn’t add it. I called and asked for the reason. And the answer I got is that no specific reason, they just don’t give a (****). They simply just ignored my request!!!!! Wowww

I visited Mary Brown’s on Monday and finally tried their famous Big Mary — and I have to say, it completely lived up to the hype. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy and tender inside. The seasoning had just the right balance of flavor without being too heavy, and the bun was fresh and soft, tying it all together. It was one of those sandwiches you want to slow down and enjoy bite by bite.

Beyond the food, what really made my visit stand out was the service. Simran went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From greeting me with a smile to making sure my order was quick and fresh, she really added a personal touch that made the whole experience memorable.

Great food + excellent service = definitely coming back soon. Highly recommend Mary Brown’s if you’re craving a delicious chicken sandwich!

It was my first time at this store.
It took a while for the staff to acknowledge me. Took more time to get served . Usually Mary Brown chicken has a distinct taste but this time it was like KFC.....it was ok, no more....
