Horrible chicken! We've had Mary Brown for years but this location was not a good choice. Chicken was totally dried out. Seemed to have been sitting for a while. Disappointing.

I ordered in the app and put a note to add spicy seasoning on the taters. But they didn’t add it. I called and asked for the reason. And the answer I got is that no specific reason, they just don’t give a (****). They simply just ignored my request!!!!! Wowww

I visited Mary Brown’s on Monday and finally tried their famous Big Mary — and I have to say, it completely lived up to the hype. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while staying juicy and tender inside. The seasoning had just the right balance of flavor without being too heavy, and the bun was fresh and soft, tying it all together. It was one of those sandwiches you want to slow down and enjoy bite by bite.

Beyond the food, what really made my visit stand out was the service. Simran went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From greeting me with a smile to making sure my order was quick and fresh, she really added a personal touch that made the whole experience memorable.

Great food + excellent service = definitely coming back soon. Highly recommend Mary Brown’s if you’re craving a delicious chicken sandwich!

It took a while for the staff to acknowledge me. Took more time to get served . Usually Mary Brown chicken has a distinct taste but this time it was like KFC.....it was ok, no more....

A Very Friendly Atmosphere to enjoy their Delicious Food in. :) The Staff is Amazing and quick to offer you a "free" dipping sauce to try out as well. It's a Jewel in this Neighbourhood. Thank You. :)

Batters Box is a total rip off. Not worth the price at all

I came here for their chicken day promo and had chicken and taters. It was my first time at a Mary Brown's. The portions were filling, the food was hot and things tasted fine. Better than KFC for sure. It was very salty though, which is to be expected. Condiments were available for grabbing, but I wish there were bottles or pumps to reduce waste (and have fewer packets to rip).
When I went, it wasn't busy and it didn't take too long for the food to be ready.
The cashier spoke clearly, was friend and was attentive.
The space was bright and clean. There was not much seating and only 1 table that seats 4.

I'll come again... When there's another promo.

I was there for their $4.99 special yesterday. The place was packed. Huge line. The service was friendly. The food was really fast and delicious as always. I couldn't believe how much chicken they managed to pump out. Impressive. I've been there many times before and will be back.
