Rude staff as a gender minority. went for coffee to catch up with my sibling, and after watching staff mocking me while waiting to order, i decided it would just be better to spend my money elsewhere. i noticed, and i just wanted a coffee… just wait and control yourselves till i’m gone

clean enough place, smelled good - I’ll never know if their coffee is any good though. went to timmies down the street and the unhoused population there frankly seemed friendlier.

This place is amazing!!!! Went with a friend the other day for both are first time definitely will be back I got the pumpkin chocolate chip loaf omg I wanted another one lol but amazing service everyone was so nice and friendly will recommend to friends and family for sure ❤️

One of my best experiences at a coffee shop. The food was great, the staff are sooo welcoming and friendly. They gave us books for the youngest ones and overall we really enjoyed our time there.

I don’t know how I haven’t reviewed this cafe yet, I come here quite often! Matter of taste is my go to in the evening hours since they have longer open times than most local cafes.

I’ve had many of their treats, including scones, artichoke pastries, peach iced teas, matcha iced teas, pinkalicious, strawberry matcha, etc. and all have been great :) their matcha especially is good quality and always refreshing. I need to try their gelato this year!! My favourites are the matcha iced tea, their peach iced tea, and strawberry matcha.

The atmosphere is charming and quaint, with postcard memorabilia and old maps of kitchener decorating the place.

There is plenty of seating, but during afternoon hours it can get quite full :) I often have coffee dates, read, or just pop by for a quick break here. Its also next to the second hand book shop so you can totally make a fun adventure outta that. They also have an outdoor patio.

Staff are friendly and service is quick.

Edit: tried their peach iced tea this year and their gelato! Peach iced tea seemed different to last year, much stronger fruit flavour almost tasting like apricots? But still refreshing. The GELATO THOUGH. Worth the hype. I got the salted caramel and fudge one. It was delightfully rich. Excellent chocolate flavour. I will be back to try their other flavours.

Update: their mint straciatella gelato is to die for. The banana peanut butter one is delicious too!

I met a friend for coffee. Friendly cheerful staff, brought the coffees to our table. I didn't take any food but I will go back and try some of their food.

I’m sorry but the latte is tasteless and the ice cream is very normal plus they almost melted.

I went in the morning to grab a muffin (which I am obsessed with.. raspberry lemon crumble my beloved) and a matcha latte. The matcha latte has sugar cane already but it was still creamy and delicious! Love the vibes here, and they always greet you with a smile.

Great place to hang out, I went on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasnt packed. Got some work done with amazing coffees. Will go again!
