Once I came early morning before my work to get coffee as I do it usually. And had a really bad experience, got coffee without sugar I was waiting on the window for a long time to get a new one. And finally thought to quit, and never ever visit the coffee again. Then I saw a girl who was working on drive thru and came running towards me, she helped me Atleast listening what I am going through. Finally she made me a new coffee making the start of my day superb. I like going back again to have my coffee always! her name was Shivani Jaiswal I told her to put it on the receipt so I could thank her here! Keep it up girl

I mean, hands down slow and apparently incapable of getting orders right. Last one even after repeating it four times. And we're talking a burger and coffee. And they STILL got it wrong. Ridiculous. To be avoided.

Second time I come to buy a happy meal for kids and we open it when we get home and no chicken nuggets in the box. Second time I had to go back and complain we got a new happy meal. But what a waste of time

I just went through their drive thru I asked for 2 cones, 1 skor Mcflurry and 1 large rootbeer extra ice. They fully made me an oreo Mc flurry and water down coke with extra ice. Ughh should've stayed in my house and make it myself.

The manager who works overnight here looks so run down and over worked. The younger employees look like they’re trying their best to have a good attitude. Order are often messed up here but if you’re kind about it, they’ll usually fix their mistake. Biggest let down for this location is how slow they are during busy times and some how overnight between 1am-5am.
Also $20 for a meal just to get an adult Minecraft Toy (and you’re not even guaranteed to get all 6 collectables that you want or need) is CRAZY 😬
