I go to the driveway, received zero ketchup only to come home and check. Ordered 2 meals and an extra medium fries, NO BLOODY KETCHUP. Atrocious. Horrible service. Would you guys face death penalty if you provide the bloody ketchup?

This McDonald’s location is consistently excellent. The drive-thru is always fast, which makes grabbing a quick meal really convenient. Unlike other locations I’ve tried, the food here always comes out warm and fresh.
The service is great as well, friendly, efficient, and reliable every time. Overall, this is a McDonald’s I can count on for a quick, satisfying meal without any hassle.

Crusty of manager is gone. However, I do question level of intelligence of some of the staff.....
A hot BLACK coffee = black coffee A iced BLACK coffee = coffee FULLLLLL of sugar A burger = all the toppings and condiments A burger without the bun = 2 patties tossed in a box (nothing else)
Not sure what's not computing. But avoid at all costs. They never get your order right!!!!!!

Drive thru for 2 quarter pounders and a cheeseburger happy meal and sent me and the three cars in front of me to the waiting zone. These are products that should always be ready. Common issue for this location.

The worst night employees i hve ever seen, I ordered two times from this store from different services, first day was doordash and second day was skip around 2:30 am and I have waited over 30 minutes for both orders than called to store and picked by some south indian guy telling me we are switching soon to breakfast and you dasher is not picking up the order so cancel the order both the time and it was so disappointing that I was so hungery and waited for hour to hear that we can not make your order, I understand you have to switch to breakfast but there is till time left to order so do you job and give my food cause I paid hell lot for that food and if you don’t want to work just quit and please don't ruin someone else’s day.

5 stars because it felt like a classic McDonald's, it was clean, staff were friendly, tables were clean, it felt like you could sit down and let your kid enjoy their happy meal without wanting a shower immediately after. Staff was working, cleaning, and active, management was there amongst the staff helping. Nice to see again.

This location cannot get an order right ever. Multiple missing items on multiple orders is not a mistake, it’s just pure incompetence. Then when you ask them about it, you get nothing but attitude. This location owes me money.

If there is an award for the most consistently terrible McDonalds in Kitchener Waterloo this location would win without even trying. At this point I am convinced they are actually putting effort into seeing how badly they can mess up a simple order.
This was my fifth Sunday morning in a row giving them another chance because apparently I enjoy stressing myself out and somehow they still cannot manage to get a single item right. Extra syrup Missing. Paid for extra dipping sauce Gone. Half the order is cold like it was prepared at sunrise and abandoned somewhere in the back. Absolutely unbelievable.
And before anyone assumes I do not understand how fast food works I worked at McDonalds for five years. I have never seen a location this chaotic. Five wrong orders in a row is not an accident. It is a lifestyle.
Calling them is also pointless. The phone might as well be a decoration because no one ever picks up.
I am officially done. From now on I will happily wait an extra ten to fifteen minutes for delivery from literally any other McDonalds because this one clearly has no interest in training staff getting orders right or pretending they care.
Congratulations to this team. You have managed to make the closest McDonalds my very last choice.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. Soon after I ordered I noticed an employee exiting the washroom without washing hands. Left disgusted and threw the food away! Avoid this place if you care for your hygiene!

I went inside the restaurant at 7:15-7:30pm on August 15th and other than getting cold food everyone working looked super disorganized and confused. I placed my order to a young girl and she just couldn’t find certain food on the screen, garbage on the floor. Trying to find a clean table to eat. Remind me to never go to a this mcdonald’s friday nights.
