This specific location has now twice disappointed me. They should learn from the one on Ottawa Street or elsewhere. I won't return there. It looks so nicely redone on the inside, but the cashier completely forgot about us when we got a table. This was the first time when I went in person. The second time, I went through drive-through. The drive-through order area speakers do not work, so you have to go right to the window to order and pay, which holds up a lot of us in line. Second, I specifically asked for food items that had the monopoly board game pieces and drove home and realized that they gave me packaging without them. I would've ordered differently had I known. My son wasn't given an option of a toy so we got two princess peach cars which he didn't even open, and he was upset that it's now just 4 nuggets instead of 5. I personally they should be eating home made food but their uncle gave us gift cards. Reasons why we should stay home and make healthy meals at home. Plus, cost over 30 bucks. Might as well go to a nice affordable family diner.

The worst McDonalds location in Kitchener-Waterloo. The service is slow, indifferent, unsmiling, confused. Orders are frequently wrong, the kitchen is disorganized, and the management appears to be in over its head. Go to Ottawa St. / Alpine location instead. Or just to A&W next door.

Always slow and screws up my order a lot. missing bugers, wrong size fries. I ordered a coke Zero being diabetic and got iced tea. Still slow, will probably park you everytime you go.

I come to this place on Friday for morning breakfast, which is good, then on my break time, I come to get my usual spicy habanero chicken burger, and made it a meal deal, as today I added hot fudge sundae and habanero sauce on the side as well...I get to hit fudge sundae, looking melted as I got it from the food place and made to my workplace to find no habanero dipping sauce that I paid 50 cents for not in my bag...so very unhappy and kinda disappointed

Overall a JOKE. Was doing DoorDash and waited 15minutes for our orders that were sitting on the counter. All employees were chatting and hanging out rather than focusing on customers and delivery people. A 2nd delivery person came in and got ignored multiple times had been waiting for 15minutes prior to us showing up. And they took it as a joke

No service being provided to customers in store. Staff was only focusing on the drive thru and expecting instore customers to use the kiosk to order, which had a large line up. When I was finally served, I ordered my simple single cheeseburger with bacon added and only ketchup. Meaning, ketchup bacon and cheese only. A very simple order of 1 item. The receipt was correct, but my burger had onions on it. I then had to go back and ask for them to remake it correctly, and then I received a burger with only 2 pieces of bacon on it, which I paid $2.50 to add to my $2.99 burger. Not happy at all with this experience.
