I was in drive thru. 23rd April 23:15. Ordered 1 soft serve vanilla cone ice cream. Waited in the queue for about 10minutes. At the last counter I was being told thay they have washed the ice cream machine and it is not available now. Firstly, they should have informed in the start only about this. I wasted my 10mins and gas in the queue to wait for my ice cream. Really not expected from Mcdonalds. Baddddd service

Two girls (trainees?) at the 1st window were clueless. Service is dwindling. If you go inside, trying to order from a human is like pulling teeth. Food was hot at least.

Got there before 11 am, waited at the order box for over 5 mins, then made my order for breakfast, got to the window and waited for a few more minutes, they proceeded to take my money and then when I got to the pick up window, they told me that they had no more hashbrowns and would replace it with fries. I told them I wanted the hashbrown and not the fries so was told to go and wait at spot one and took 7 mins more for my food to arrive.

We went through the drive through he said hold on and then forgot about us. Ordered a sausage and egg mc griddle and only got sausage on it and of course didnt give us a reciept so we could return it. This mc Donalds is the worst one in kitchener, I always have issues when I come here. Not coming back.

Went to McDonald's to enjoy a quite cup of coffee at 8:30pm. ( Was l wrong)teens kept funneling in being extremely loud. One group of 6 teens, set at booth and pulled over stools. Had 2 pizzas and their own drinks, charged their phones and talked like they were 50feet apart.I was a teenager many years ago and if l was that disrespectful in a restraunt it would belong before l would be told to leave.Come on McDonald's clean up your act and your tables.These clowns couldn't put anything in the garbage can. Even if they were sitting beside it.

Pretty standard McDick’s trip. Nothing special, but man does it hit the spot. Also, for earning minimum wage and working such a fast paced environment, the workers are usually pretty nice if you’re kind first.

This is the rudest and slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I have been here few times last week for coffee and each time they did not make it right! The manager always fights back and sais it’s our fault ! Like how could u not making coffee right be our fault . In the end I would not go here and the management needs to be changed. I’ve never had to pull up in a drive thru for coffee before and then have to continue to wait 20 minutes!

I would definitely not recommend eating at this McDonald’s location the whole staff deals with food without gloves…. I legit watched a man hold on to a slice of cheese with his bare hands for 10 seconds just to put it back in the sandwich… yet the manager tried to tell me that “all restaurants deal food with no gloves ”
