Price increases feel exorbitant for the quality of service and food. If you are going to ask me to pay over $18 for a 10 piece McNugget meal, the food better be worth it. The nuggets were okay but the fries were soggy and had an off taste. The person at the drive through took my points code but then said nothing when it told her it was invalid, leaving me to ask when the order finished why my app hadn't registered the code being entered on their end. Good thing I asked or I would have missed out on points - and I damn well better be getting points if a fast food joint is asking me to pay basically $20 for lunch.
This is a busy McDonald's located on Homer Watson and the 401. From my experiences, it has a clean restaurant with good food. I mean, it is a fast food establishment, so either it's run poorly or, in this case, very well. Added bonus is a Tim Hortons next door along with a Sunoco. Food, dessert, and a fill-up. What's not to like. Oh, I had the Mccrunch chicken and a double burger, both tasty and fresh. Loving it.
