Had a really commendable experience at this Mcdonalds. I had an air inflation situation where it was out of pocket a fair bit of change with no reimbursement. I wanted to grab an ice coffee with the spare change that was eaten up without an out of order sign to prevent the next upset person. As I await for CAA services, Angie was kind enough to ease some of burden of waiting by providing an ice coffee on the house as I having a bad day that turned around with an admirable effort. Thanks Angie, I'll never forget your efforts and compassion towards this experience, means so much.

Ever since they changed the entire layout this is quite literally the worst McDonalds in all of kw. Unbelievably slow service and a horrific layout. Ruined the McDonalds

This place as seen some things and that's putting it lightly

Despite all this, the food is always good and of consistent quality. Staff is always friendly and likeable, and the atmosphere is always surprisingly welcoming despite past social experiences at other locations.

For a Don's this place is top tier and can't see myself ever really leaving this place behind

Just now, I saw your employee eating fries from some customers order while packing. It was white girl with hairs tied up. That is disgusting, what about food safety standards? Last time visit to this location. That's reason i avoid outside food, cause you can't withhold Food Safety Standards.

Even though there was just a small cash at the end for walk in customers staff was very attentive to customers I had exceptional customer service from employee Stacey who was very pleasant and friendly keep up the great work!!!

Slow only care about drive through don’t waste time going in ever

Shout-out to the manager who came running to me to handover my food at the flix bus stop.
It was Friday and the dining was really busy. I took the chance to order food. I had to leave without my food because the flix bus arrived.
I was disappointed but suddenly saw a manager bringing my food outside to ask all the passengers that whom does it belongs to.
I am impressed the way she handled this situation.

Open 24 hours in person aswell. Overall just a good and clean mcdonalds, perfect for coming daily. The only problem I'd say is that I ordered 2 ice cream cones and it took almost 10 minutes, maybe because of the drive through.

Went for breakfast before heading out for a road trip.
