ETA Summer 2025: I have noticed in the last year or two, especially, that this location truly puts in the effort at drive-thru. We have not had the same issues as in my original post, and the drive-thru does seem to be on top of orders when we visit. Not super happy about prices, but what're you going to do. We just eat here less often.
2020: Drive-thru is always slower than anything. Getting our food right vs not is about 50/50, always have to check the bag.

Why does the food smell like perfume? Not the first time this has happened. Do you need an Ontario Health and Safety food inspection? Food should be handled properly.

Today, I went to this location with my parents and ordered an Egg McMuffin and a coffee, and explained to the young man who took my order that I have severe nut and sesame allergies- he went right away to tell the kitchen staff, and then I also spoke to the manager (I believe his name was Dylan). He was also very understanding of my allergies, and made sure the English muffin did not touch the buns which have sesame seeds on them. I was very impressed with their attention to my request, and that they took my allergies seriously. It made me feel so relieved and secure, and so I will definitely be back! Thank you so much- I really appreciate it!

Sad it's so hard to order Without feeling like you have to teach somebody english 1. Order 2 cheese burger large coke and Vanilla ice cream cone AND get 2 cheese burger large coke and large ICE TEA??¿ literally sat there trying to say ice cream Cone, ice cream vanilla ice cream ...and the lady was saying ice tea... no oh shake NO UMMMM LOL

Is so stupid there was two people one girl onr boy I order Big Mac duble and at first they forgot my order than I come back again they give me small burger than chatge me for 3$ is so stupid
I ordered the chicken nuggets. It comes with sauce and I said I didn't want any. Then I ordered a combo and wanted the mayo packet for the fries. They wanted to charge me $1.50 for the mayo. I asked why would they charge me the mayo when I declined a sauce for the chicken nuggets. The guy said that's management policy. i cancelled the order and never went back
also, when I order muffins, they will give you muffins broken up in pieces. Which is ok. I am comparing to another McD's location where they don't give you damaged goods.

this McDonalds can take a little while for the food to be made, but the amount of seating, helpful of workers, and great location bring it up to a 4/5 star rating. I would recommend going here! :)
