This morning i was parked for 20 minutes waiting only for a breakfast sandwich. I got fed up and entered to ask for a refund but was met at the door by someone who said he had my order, yet when delivering it 30 seconds later, couldn't remember what I ordered and they had me parked at a number different than what he was expecting. Disgusting and deplorable service. This isn't the first time of this experience. The worst McDonalds in the city. I will have to drive over to Victoria Street to get service and food. What a waste of money and my time . . . no one speaks or understands English either it seems. Difficulty in just placing my order to begin with . . . should have driven right on through.Parking: You'll need parking because they park you for a simple order - for 20 minutes. They also don't give receipts so you can't report the the time delay.

Pathetic customer service, same guy was taking the order/cash payment and was packing food without washing hands. This location always messes up with the order with extremely slow service.

Worst McDonald’s in the area. They park you on drive thru orders even when you’re the only one in the drive thru lane and orders are always missing items. I expect poor quality food and service from McDonald’s but this one is the worst of the worst. Definitely worth, go anywhere but here.
This location is a big disappointment. Coffee is always really weak and often have regular menu items missing after ordering on the app.

This is the worst McDonalds to go to in Kitchener, I ordered through drive thru and was parked for 12 mins before I received my food, when asked what took so long the famous “we wanted to give you fresh fries” I sorry but fries don’t take 12 mins to cook. This has happened to our family in multiple occasions and will not be returning to this store. Food was cold when I got home live 2 mins away

I then spent 15 min arguing on the phone with the McDonald manager about them replacing the chicken nuggets and my meals that had gone cold.
