be careful ordering soft drinks as they never change the syrups this is the third time i’ve gotten nasty soda water when i order root beer and they don’t care to make your burger properly if you ask for things removed

While others got their orders I was still standing their waiting for my order. After 10mins I went up to the front counter and saw my name on the bag it was sitting there while 6 other people including the manager!! We're standing around and talking. I work in a food industry too and ik how to serve people and to make sure everybody gets their order on time but this was just ridiculous!!
The Mc Donald’s at this location gets it right! They serve hot and fresh food!Great service! They never disappoint! Keep up the good work guys! I’m Lovin it!

The staffs were good, they gave me what I needed (sauce, cup for my ice cream cone, etc.) without giving any dirty looks but instead being patient and nice. HOWEVER, the food was terrible, worse than any McDonald’s that also has low rating. The meat of the quarter pounder burger was hard like rock, maybe overcooked; the iced tea taste like lemon water, it’s not sweet AT ALL; the fries were white, have barely any salt on them, and didn’t have the good smell that fries usually have at all the other McDonald’s; even the sweet & sour sauce taste bland (how’s that possible???? Yeah but that just happened)
