This is my favourite McDonalds location to go to. I go through the drive-thru most of time. They are always super friendly, they always ask about my code to ensure I’m getting points with each order (if they didn’t ask I would probably forget), they always get my order right (I customize every burger and item I order so getting it right is actually difficult and I swear getting what you actually order at McDonalds is unheard of), my food is always hot and fresh. Every once in awhile I have to be pulled into a parking spot so they can make my food fresh but I would always rather wait and get fresh food. I also think the point system provides good value compared to other restaurants loyalty programs. Overall this location provides great service, and fresh food. Everytime I go to another location I regret it and shows me how superior the Victoria St McDonalds is, the employees are A++

Jay is a PHENOMENAL employee, just beyond kind, professional, and hard working. Management, if you need a go to guy on service, you can rely on Jay, because he seriously made my day.

I stopped by the McDonald’s ,Victoria Street drive-thru yesterday night,( Feb 14, 2026)at around 10pmwith my kids after a long day of shopping. We ordered a simple meal, a McChicken, a McVeggie, and two fries. Unfortunately, the person taking the order seemed confused and had A LOT of difficulty understanding what we were asking for. When I received the order, I double-checked at the window and was told everything was there. However, once we got home, I realized the two fries were missing. My kids were exhausted, so they ate their burgers and went straight to bed. Since I had paid for the fries and the store wasn’t too far, I decided to go back. When I explained the situation, the staff member at the window did not apologize and immediately asked for the receipt to verify the purchase (for two small fries). She went inside, brought the fries, handed them over, and shut the window without a single word. Mistakes can happen, but basic courtesy and an apology cost nothing. The lack of customer service and simple manners was very disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and would give zero stars.

The most disgusting , filthiest , McDonalds I've ever been in, in my life. Headquarters should pay a suprise visit and pull the owners franchise lisence, absolutely terrible!
