This location is by far the worst went inside messed up my order twice refused to fix them And on top of that they assemble all burgers bare handed after touching everything they touch every piece of your food stood there a good 10 minutes and not a single person washed there hands🤮🤢

1 star only because their menu is ridiculous. They only show the 8 combos. Everything else is off their menu board so you can’t even see the options. They need to go back to showing everything. These digital menus will be the end of them.

This McDonald’s is not great. Always so dirty! Clean your restaurant! They got the order wrong, and they are always out of napkins and ketchup….. service is slow, and nobody working there seems to care. 👎

I went to this sportsworld location and placed an order when I got to the second window they said my payment didn't go through and asked me to pay again. I logged into my bank account and showed them the charge and they refused stating they didn't get a receipt so my bank would refund in 24hrs. Then when I pushed back they said it would be 24-48hrs. I asked the person whom I was speaking to write down on my receipt their name for when I would come back. TYLER said he was the manager and wrote down 48hrs later. I came back 48hrs later and he said I can't help you. It has be 72hrs. I showed him my receipt and he said well I called the bank and they said it would be 72hrs. This man was clearly lying and his condensending tone when I asked to speak to a manager he said no he wasn't going to. I had to call the McDonald's complaint line. Tyler do better you are at the very bottom of the ladder to treat people so poorly

I would prefer to rate this a 0 but that is not an option. I will NEVER go to another McDonalds Restaurant. If the girl taking the orders can't listen then she should be put on the fry station. 2 orders in a row WRONG. There are other fast food options where the staff do get the orders right. No excuses. Incompetent!!!!

The owner of this location should sell it to one that knows how to properly manage a McDonald’s with having menu items. The new owner should fire the whole staff and properly train a whole new staff. It’s what this location needs, honestly!

Service was okay but the only issue was the food, it was as hard as a shoe sadly it will be the last time for my family going to this specific location we just wanted breakfast but ended up with a disappointing time

Lunch rush, was through pretty quick. Food was well prepared, hot and tasty!
The manager at this McDonald’s location was extremely rude and arrogant. I went there with my friend and when he raised a simple concern, they dismissed him with an unprofessional attitude and refused to help. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we ever had. Management should address this immediately.
