I went to use the bathroom before ordering food and it was absolutely disgusting. Not taken care of whatsoever and completely deterred me from eating their food. Unacceptable. Mens and Women’s bathroom an absolute mess. Would not recommend this location.

They don’t filter oil fried was bitter because of over fried oil and manager he neglected issues at counter its was totally fine for him he asked me refund for fries he could have taken this serious health issue kids are sicks and crude oil fries will make sicker I’ll report this issue to public health and management will not after this they will notice.

This McDonalds has given me so many bad orders that they are pretty much asking for a bad review. This time, I requested a grilled chicken sandwich with only mustard tomato and lettuce. The cashier laughed and said she couldn’t find the grilled chicken or mustard button. I’m better than most cashiers on the self service but my driver decided drive through so this is what you get. It came with globs of mayo she tried to charge us for fries we didn’t ask for and was laughing at us because we wanted a healthy grilled chicken. I’m sorry but this is petty and pathetic and could be avoided with someone who didn’t harrass us about our order. Now I have to work and feel sick. Haha I guess.

40 minutes to get a meal watched 15 other people who came after get their meals before us and then still forgot a rootbeer and took 10 mins to get that. Absolute worst mcdonald's experience and service I've ever had. Never coming back here

Drive thru customer service was great. Brought my order to my car but when I got home 3 items were missing. Unfortunately this has happened many times. Even the receipt was checked off to confirm all items were packed. If I have to drive back to MacDonalds to have them give me the missing items I think they should remake my full order so that everything is hot and fresh. I will not go back to that location. 3 strikes and your out.

I went through the drive thru today . I order a mcdouble combo, upgraded to a poutine with strawberry fruitopia and ordered a large fry. I showed my phone so the guy could scan for my points and he said he got it. Got home and no reward points were added to my account. I'm guessing he added them to his account.

I stopped in for a coffee and to use the washroom. The state of the washroom was absolutely disgusting. Come on people and I'm talking about customers, do better and be respectful of public facilities!! Also, it looked like the toliets hadn't been cleaned for awhile. It was enough to turn me off of ordering my coffee or any food after this. 🤢
