Nothing wrong with the food at thos location it is one of the best however you can reall taste that the lowered the syrup that enters the pops. I mean tbat stuff is already marked up 300% for what it is why lower the content to make more money. Your pops are tasing like soda water. Just enough added to make it not taste like carbonated water but no flavour anymore.

Unfortunately really bad service. Payment system went down, which I understand is out of the staffs control.
But, instead of coming out to drive thru (there was a massive line of practically unmoving cars) and communicating the situation, they told us when we got up to ordering, after we’ve already been in line for 20 minutes. The team at this location could have saved a lot of us from sitting around for nothing if they opted for proactive communication. Pretty disappointed.

No good review here. I am sick and tired of your employees screwing up orders. When I say I can’t have certain stuff that means I can’t have by drs orders. If your employees can’t read or understand English then hire people that can do that stuff. If I get seriously sick I’m sewing. Bye

This location is by far the worst went inside messed up my order twice refused to fix them And on top of that they assemble all burgers bare handed after touching everything they touch every piece of your food stood there a good 10 minutes and not a single person washed there hands🤮🤢

1 star only because their menu is ridiculous. They only show the 8 combos. Everything else is off their menu board so you can’t even see the options. They need to go back to showing everything. These digital menus will be the end of them.

This McDonald’s is not great. Always so dirty! Clean your restaurant! They got the order wrong, and they are always out of napkins and ketchup….. service is slow, and nobody working there seems to care. 👎

I went to this sportsworld location and placed an order when I got to the second window they said my payment didn't go through and asked me to pay again. I logged into my bank account and showed them the charge and they refused stating they didn't get a receipt so my bank would refund in 24hrs. Then when I pushed back they said it would be 24-48hrs. I asked the person whom I was speaking to write down on my receipt their name for when I would come back. TYLER said he was the manager and wrote down 48hrs later. I came back 48hrs later and he said I can't help you. It has be 72hrs. I showed him my receipt and he said well I called the bank and they said it would be 72hrs. This man was clearly lying and his condensending tone when I asked to speak to a manager he said no he wasn't going to. I had to call the McDonald's complaint line. Tyler do better you are at the very bottom of the ladder to treat people so poorly

I would prefer to rate this a 0 but that is not an option. I will NEVER go to another McDonalds Restaurant. If the girl taking the orders can't listen then she should be put on the fry station. 2 orders in a row WRONG. There are other fast food options where the staff do get the orders right. No excuses. Incompetent!!!!
