Fries are never fresh, always cold, hard and no salt.
Ladies in the morning are always upset with each other.
Orders are always missing something.
Happymeals NEVER come with toy that is advertised and nuggets and fries are always cold and hard. They make the food and let it sit for hours.
Worst ownership of a McDonald's. Can't even eat upstairs the place is so dirty, washrooms and floors

They have worst staff. I have ordered online and call them to confirm my order as it was getting too long for delivery but they haven’t talked properly. She was just kept saying that they have sent the order and don’t know anything else but after 45 minutes of order, I got the notification that your order picked up just now. I mean what is the point of lie behind all of this.

Got in the queue only to find that the equipment to prepare my order was broken. No prior communication. No way out of the queue for 10 mins for an order I couldn’t make. Fix your process please.

Extremely slow and never have food ready, always have to wait on the side.

This is probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been. I stopped going there a few years ago because they would make some mistakes in my order every single time. Today I was too tired and decided to try again, as it's the closest to home. Oh what a mistake. My order took 23 minutes and, of course, it was the wrong burger. The lady took my burger (that I had opened and touched) and put it back in the burger tray. Then she told me they would make the correct one. 5 minutes later it is ready, she acknowledges the kitchen, and then put the burger in a drive thru bag and give it to someone else. So... I left and will never come back to this location.

Oh, btw, they didn't have toys nor books for the happy meal. They didn't even have sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets. It's just mind blowing...

Machine down for 2 weeks now for lattes.

This is quite possibly the worst McDonald’s ever and I have no idea why I’m so stupid to keep coming back to this abysmal excuse of a McDonald’s. The icing on the cake was this morning when I gave the lady at the window a $50 bill and she tried to give me $10 back and change for a meal that cost $8.17. Not sure about you, but that math is a little bit off so when I told her it became a big issue and I sat there another five minutes while everybody piled up in the drive-through behind me, of course getting angry and irritated, but hey, not my fault that she can’t actually give proper change. And I asked her if she could close the window because I could see my food sitting there And there was ice pellets coming through the window and I said “please close the window. My food is gonna get cold, which will only add to the misery of this experience“ of course she didn’t close the window and my food was cold. I will literally go out of my way kilometres to not ever go to this McDonald’s again what an absolute terrible place

Bought fries 🍟 and burgers 🍔 took 20 mins for them to make and it was disgusting 🫣. Food was cold and tasteless. I literally thought in grabge.

This review is much more about the McDonald’s app. My order is right maybe one out of 10 times which is common for any fast food restaurant I guess . The app is absolutely useless for trying to order ahead so that your order is ready when you get there because it only allows you to order when you’re sitting in the parking lot.

Wow just when you think it can’t get worse. Rude manager, honestly all she had to say is we are sorry. First off let me say I personally would never eat anything off the menu, maybe a coffee. But my grandkids wanted happy meals so of course anything to make them happy. Drove about 10 minutes to get there, put in my order, paid and was given my order, drove back to the grandkids. I guess I should have checked the order of pancakes, what i got was fries, butter and syrup no pancakes. So i drove back to this store, explained what happened, got the pancakes. I said to the young lady supervisor is there anything else, maybe a free coffee for my time and travel. “No you get your pancakes and thats it” really no we are sorry sir, nope here are your pancakes have a nice night. I will never return to this store no matter what. McD’s get your act together or don’t you really care?

The girl with glasses working the drive thru tonight at roughly 10:00 was incredibly rude. She gave my boyfriend incredible attitude for no reason. I would not come back here
