The way that I see management talk to their employees and about customers is disgusting. They spent more time doing that and serving the people that we’re waiting in the lobby and only cared about people in the drive-through. Worst location ever

Drive thru is really slow. Need to improve the service.

Had nasty violent vomiting about two hours after I got a quarter pounder meal from here. Abhorrent quality. Stay away.

They are opened for 24 hours now because that's how long you have to wait for your order that will no doubt be wrong.

Waited in an empty line for nearly 5 minutes for someone, anyone to take my order. Finally gave up and went somewhere else. I don't use the self kiosks at McDonald's because they all suck. If you don't want people ordering their food up front, then don't have cash registers and debit machines up there.

Stood at till for 6 minutes while all the (brown) employees fully ignored me, even after making eye contact multiple times.
Barely spoke English.
Ordered Chicken McMuffin, they charged me $3extra and gave me a McChicken instead.
Brutal.

I wouldn't say that this restaurant is bad, probably it's just me, I don't like the McDonald's food anymore.
Stuff is ok, busy but friendly.

Again I am at this location and again this has been the worst location I have ever been too. I have been waiting on one burger for over 15 minutes now and it is dead in here and there is no drive through line. They keep bumping things from there screen without completing the orders. The price of one meal is already ridiculous I might as well go to an actual restaurant. The only reason why I go here instead of a restaurant is because it is supposed to be FAST food. They prioritized a workers food over my own. NEVER GO HERE. I also experienced this when I had to wait for one hash brown almost 10 minutes and it was breakfast time around 9:30 am. Actually ridiculous.

This location gouges customers and is one of the most expensive. Just compare their menu prices to other McD locations in Ontario. And they recently reduced the value of rewards points. This is fast food with subpar ingredients and service, not some fancy casual diner. There are plenty of other fast food/burger joints in this area

I love how they greet you by name at the drive through once you provide the code. Little actions go a long way. Lisa is my favorite...she always has a smile and recognises you when you order

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit to McDonald’s due to the unprofessional behaviour of an employee named **Manish**. He was rude and dismissive when I approached him with a simple question about my order. Instead of helping politely, he responded with an attitude that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
As a regular customer, I expect courteous and professional service, which was clearly lacking in this interaction. I hope the management looks into this matter and ensures that staff like Manish receive proper customer service training to prevent such experiences in the future.
