Great service but bad food We used to eat here all the time years ago. It was eventually sold and we noticed a decline in the food quality as well as having a new Chinese food restaurant open near us so we stopped going. Yesterday we were very excited to try it again. We ordered a family dinner and when we picked it up the staff was super friendly. It smelled great in the car on the way home. Unfortunately it was less than great. The ribs were as if they had been cooked days before we wver got them, the chicken balls were all batter and rubbery and to top it off I got a bone sliver in my chicken vegetable almond. I almost feel bad becasue the staff was so friendly but the food wasn't very good and we will not be able to recommend it to others. Very disappointed

I decided to preorder by dropping in to the restaurant the day before because I was hosting a family supper the next day. I was greeted by Jessica who was glad to help me with my order. Took only a few minutes and she explained the discounts as well. The next day we picked up our order with no trouble. Everyone loved the food - it was a great variety, hot and delicious. I highly recommend Mei King for your next meal - or party!

My go-to Chinese restaurant in KW! I’ve never dined in the restaurant so I cannot speak on the atmosphere and service, but I’m never disappointed when I get take-out. The portions are huge for the price and they have great options!
I usually get the combination plates and they are my go-to for a weekday or weekend evening when I’m craving Chinese. My only criticism is that the chicken (in the sesame, orange, and general tso) can be tough. If the chicken was more tender they would definitely get 5 stars from me.
The BEST dumplings I’ve ever had! Such a good flavour, good portion, and an incredible dipping sauce. You’ve got to try them!

They refused to correct multiple errors and tried to convince me it was my fault even The food was sub par , and one dish was incorrect type They overcharged me and my older eyes didn't notice it and they wont give it back now One star is even too much

Quick, tasty and affordable Chinese food. Didn't get disappointed yet. If you don't want to cook and don't know what you want, then go with some very good Chinese food from Mei King.

This is a decent low end Chinese food restaurant with some decent dishes. However, I take exception to their description of this dish as "with vegetables" when it was all onions and peppers and two tiny carrot cubes. Technically accurate but very disappointed. Wish I could post a picture to show how lame it was.
