They have very good schnitzel. The food is nice and the service is quick. With these portion sizes, you cannot leave hungry. This place is a treasure.

We had dinner at Metro Restaurant last week and the experience was mixed.
The Vienna Schnitzel was easily the highlight of the evening — flavorful and well prepared — but the Home Fries that came with it were disappointing, as they weren’t crispy at all. The Hungarian Beef Goulash also missed the mark with an odd taste, and the tomato soup was the biggest letdown, tasting like something straight out of a can.
Overall, one standout dish, but the sides and other mains didn’t live up to expectations.

The Borscht soup was just like my grandmother used to make. The schnitzel was fantastic and the sauerkraut was amazing (and home made).

The first place that won't allow my ebike.....dentist lawyers, walmart ,home hdwe....only place that can't bring my bike in chain it to a shopping cart...never leave outside ohh...a wheelchair is ok, I asked. $2,000 Ebike. First place ever where not allowed......yes lotsof customers jere ate street guests....bad experiences for store ..so they bar my bike...robin

Very unique interior. Very old world.

I got one of the famous schnitzels and I was not disappointed crunchy but not too dry and the toppings were really yummy. I didn't get a picture but the herbed toast you get with your meal is fantastic. I ate it too fast for a photo.

Celebrated #52 here last night! There are so many schnitzels to choose from. Whichever one you pick, you know it'll be the right one. Next time, you can try another!

The staff was very friendly. We shared the Metro Platter with potato soup, Schnitzel, pierogi, cabbage rolls in gravy sauce and had Apfelstrudel and Palatschinken as dessert.

My star was the Schnitzel - which I approve of as a German. :) I will be back.
