Prices were reasonable, portions were large, and our server (Laura) ensured we had everything we needed. Great place to take kids, and can usually get a reservation at a reasonable hour on the weekend. One of our go-to's for family dinners.

The service at the Kitchener (Ottawa Str.) location has always been good based on our past experience and our server (Phy for short) was excellent with a personality to match. I've had the Honkin' Beef Ribs many times and highly recommend them to anyone with a big appetite or any T-Rex with a credit card.

There was very busy, with one server who ignored us the whole time. She couldn't understand our order (I repeated “fried pickles” 5 times) and the food was cold. We had finished our dinner and I waved at her couple of times for the bill, she saw me but didn't come and went to others. At last I went to her and asked for the bill. She didn't even ask for the dessert for the kids menu. It was strange. Bad experience, never come back.

We had the buttermilk chicken and it was fantastic, the mashed potatoes were super creamy, the veggies were delightfully crunchy, the buttermilk chicken was super delicious and the corn bread was a so tasty! Our waitress Julia was very attentive and took care of us. I would rate this meal a 10 out of 10. We were checked on more than once to ensure our meal was perfect.
