We used to come here regularly for ribs. Service has always been at least decent and usually quite good. Unfortunately, my husband found a bunch of hair with a dirt fluff attaching them all together in his rack of ribs they served him.. we gave the plate straight to the manager, and with no apology or any words really he took the plate and walked away. Our server came by to apologize and said they were making a fresh batch for us. When the bill came we were disappointed to see that no attempt was made to make things right - we weren’t expecting a free meal, but some sort of discount for the gross oversight would have been the right thing to do. We said this to our server and she brought the manager, Chris, back over. He immediately had an attitude and greeted us with a “what’s up?” (still no apology or acknowledgment of the error). We told him we would have expected something more to have been done given the situation, then he argued that replacing the ribs was sufficient. Fed up with his disgusting attitude and service, we paid the bill and will never be going back again. Really disappointing. If you really want to go to Montana’s, I would suggest trying a different location in KW.

We are usually at this establishment every couple weeks with no issues. This time it was exceptionally busy, waitress was a bit lost and some of the food was not up to par.

Great experience, we had a table booked for 6 online and I simply called and updated to 9. Food was amazing and our waitress was on top of things, looked after us all night, polite, friendly and accommodating. Best service at a restaurant and it was our son's 18th birthday celebration. Great job to staff at Montannas!

Zero to little plant based options. Tomato basil soup arrived slightly warm. Pot roast soup was thin and bland. The "Reuben" sandwich has too much fat on the brisket and the sandwich was unsuited, ie whole.

Our waitress was amazing. Very attentive, but not annoying. There was a man there watching the football game who was a bit rowdy, and appeared to be a regular. Other than him, it was a great night out.

We were very rushed. There were empty tables but it was like our waitress had ADHD she was flitting everywhere. She was very inattentive, and could not stay at our table long enough for my husband to ask for condiments, we asked her to slow down and listen but that didn't work and subsequently she had to make 4 trips before he had the toppings for his burger. All of our meals were lukewarm at best. The butter didn't even melt on my baked potato. She never asked how our meals were, if we wanted our drinks refilled, or if we wanted dessert. She couldn't wait to get her tip and get rid of us. We saw the manager when we were leaving and explained our experience to him. He was extremely apologetic and gave us a gift certificate and asked us to return so he could make it right.
I haven't been to Montana's in a long time. I always liked it there. I specifically went for the nachos but it seemed like they changed the recipe to just ordinary nachos like everywhere else. Back in the day, they were the best. The beef tasted more bbqy and it was super cheesy. We also got the southern chicken sandwich which was amazing! I would definitely get this next time! Our waitress was nice and accommodating. They also had live music. Good scene overall!

We both enjoyed our meal very much. I was a little disappointed that they were out of the brisket because I was looking forward to a nice brisket sandwich. However, I decided on the Canadian burger which came with peameal bacon, cheese, crispy onions and BBQ sauce. It tasted delicious. Our server was very accomodating and friendly with some helpful advice towards the menu. Overall a great meal and evening out.

Came here for an extended family Christmas dinner with 18 of us. It was great to be on their covered patio with overhead heater. Appies and meal were good. Lobster bisque was my favourite!
