We had a great meal once again at Moose Winooski's. Our server, Jaclyn was so helpful and friendly. She gave us time to chat then gave us incredible service all through our time there. Now the Manager that walked around the whole time is another matter. He not once stopped at any table to ask how customers meal or service was. He never made eye contact tact with the customers and not once in 2 hours did we see a smile on his face. If your going to be a manager on the floor, start by chatting it up with your customers. Ask how everything was and welcome the customer. Please smile and show you are happy to be working at this establishment. We have been here before and he is always like this so it isn't that he was having a bad day.

The manager in the bright green tee needs to go! Walked by multiple tables with dirty dishes didn’t even bother picking them up Dropped our appetizer off like we annoyed him . Doesn’t smile. No tables checks. Zero personal. He actually ruined my experience.

Came by on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and was very happy with the food and the service! Was a small wait to be seated because of how busy they were… i’d say that’s a good sign. Once we were seated our server, Liam, was quick to attend to us and push through our orders - the food comes quick. The food tasted really good and the portions are definitely worth the price you pay! Unfortunately, I totally forgot to take pics of our mains, but the apps were good and could honestly fill you up. Definitely recommend checking this place out when looking for a restaurant with your friends and/or family!

We came tonight to celebrate our twins 4th birthday. We always get great service and food, but tonight Ashley P was amazing!! She was on the ball with refills, 2 bite checks, and provided quick billing and cleanup when the girls started to get a bit crazy (our request). Such a friendly server
