Her customer service is outstanding—she listens carefully, makes sure everything is just right, and always serves with a smile. She works quickly, keeps the place neat, and creates a really positive experience for anyone who comes in. Truly a great example of professionalism and good hospitality.

Stopped by Mr. Sub in Kitchener and had an awesome experience! The service was friendly and quick, and the amount of toppings was super generous. I really appreciate that they still have the classic panini press to heat the sub—way better than the new oven system, which I’m not a fan of. My sub came out perfectly warm and delicious. Definitely coming back here for that old-school Mr. Sub experience!

Just left there after a great visit with my little 3 year old. The staff were so kind, and accommodating, they even gave my little one a treat ? It was so friendly and good service that we decided to eat in instead of leave. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!
