I go to this location maybe once a month, and I have always had great experiences. The owner is one of the kindest and friendliest people I’ve met, offering suggestions for toppings and making customers feel welcome.

I have been going to this location for 15 years and it has never disappointed me. It's been owned and operated by the same guy for approximately 25 years. He is always there working, takes great pride in the quality of the subs they make and keeps the store very clean. The meats and the toppings are visibly fresh and well organized. Corporate should take note and acknowledge this owners dedication!

I miss Mr Sub... I have never had a sub from any other franchise or restaurant that I've enjoyed. The location in Huntsville, Ontario disappeared & I wouldn't go to Subway if it was free! Please, please open a location in Cape Breton Island! I miss your subs so very much! 💔
