Terrible food terrible portions, service was good lady was nice but she gives you 2 heaping scoops of everything then 2 tiny scoops of steak on a 25$ mucho size burrito combo. 25$ and I can barely find any steak in each bite, tasted like a vegetarian burrito. I dumped it into a bowl picked out the 5 pieces of steak and threw the rest in the garbage, will not go back, owner is cheap and uses old meat too my friend who worked there told me they keep the meat for days. See other reviews before you waste your time. This is Canada now, everywhere is owned by one leeching group of people who ruin every business we have quality wise then rip us all off at the end. I'm sure the owner will have a well worded response saying otherwise, or calling me out for stating true facts. What a joke of an establishment

The gentleman who works there on Saturdays (can’t remember his name) is really good he’s always very friendly and very attentive especially when making vegan/veggie burritos! shoutout to him :)

So sad there is no longe mucho in Guelph but this location is nice!

I always get the shrimp salad, they make the shrimp fresh and live the fresh ingredients.

Staff were kind and flow was well prepared.

Notably the burrito was mixed before being rolled - which makes it much more enjoyable instead of separate layers of toppings.

Never a consistent experience at this location. Arrived at 8:40pm as it says they are open until 9pm and was shoo'd away by the employee who'd already locked the door. I can understand 5 minutes before closing time but if you will be closed earlier than 9pm please change your hours to inform your future customers.

I would give service 6 stars if possible. Whoever was working Saturday afternoon was incredibly kind and efficient and impressive.Great for a quick meal. Excellent options for vegans.

Vegetarian options: Lots of options for vegetarians. Just get beans. Or plant based crumble and veggies. No lack of protein.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan cheese. Vegan crumble. Lots of vegan safe options. Lots of protein options and some of the sauces are vegan too. Staff is knowledgeable so ask questions if you need to. Great option for vegan eats.
