It's been two years since I have been searching for a restaurant in Canada that serves Biryani as it should be. And finally, I am glad that Nawabs keeps the Biryani simple. Their chicken dum biriyani is a gem. The flavor profile is neat yet extensive. Fluffy biriyani rice infused in spices with the meat falling of the bone, shows precision in their "Dum" technique. Their chicken "Dum" biriyani stays true the title given rather than an overrated dish on their menu. Their street side fried rice is another dish that has so much depth in flavor! The staff is polite and courteous and present an unbiased suggestion to the dishes in the menu.

Went here for the breakfast buffet. They had a good range of items. Idli, Vada, Dosa, Pesarattu, Upma, Poori, Gulab Jamun and tea. All the items were very good, fresh, served hot and felt like home taste. - Upma Pesarattu was amazing and a definite must have. - Tea felt so refreshing, a perfect blend of spices and brewing. - The Gulab Jamun was so well made, couldn't stop at one. This is an amazing brunch place for a Saturday.

Certain employees are very bad customer service experience. Lying to customers or making excuses just to get away with having to compensate. Well inflated Egos. Won’t say that about Abby that works there but she can’t control what someone cooks.
.) Inconsistent food and flavours. .) Lack of customer care service. .) countless bad reviews here that apparently management just ignores. .) a lot of customers have left a review along the lines of “please fix the issues or closes the store why attracting people to waste their money”

I made my mind to try new restaurant. But to be honest, the food was horrible. We wasted $45 without enjoying anything. A BIG NOO.. Chicken andra starter was soo bad that we couldn’t eat even half.
I usually explore new restaurants but lesson learned. Always check latest reviews as average rating might not be current representation. Anyways, it was complete mess !
Edit for restaurant: First, I didnt say the starter costs us $45. Second, please focus on taste and customer service instead of just typing over google review.

No tender , neither crispy and too chewy chicken.. I guess the standard of chicken used in the making is really bad, along with the quantity. Also, the coating used for the crispy is something bad, making it too much chewy.

But please avoid using sketch pens on the food box, while opening the ink was on my hand and I didn’t see, and kept eating. It may be harmful so please avoid it, use a sticker instead.

Best Indian cousin in town we do like the biryani it was very spicy and testy good customer servicing and a nice place for families i recommend this place
We usually visit this restaurant as we like the food and specially the service of staff here..today we ordered gonura mutton curry and hara bhara chicken kebab, it was so delicious in taste we loved it and apart from busy environment today the staff was good and very welcoming…must visit it.
