This place always delivers and this time they literally did. They had forgotten my Asiago and artichoke dip and contacted me to come get it…I just wanted my panini (delicious) and not to deal with traffic again so I said it’s ok no big deal…they insisted and asked for my address and delivered it with 2 canolis as an added but unnecessary apology. If that’s not amazing customer service I don’t know what is…a win for small business. Food is always amazing and I mentioned this will now be a running joke…great making those connections where you can do that kinda thing.

Such a cool concept to me. The food was perfect!! I had the Veal Parm Sandwich and they nailed it. Texting your order, your arrival, etc, I found that part interesting but really liked it. They are prompt, polite and precise. Definitely will go back.

I can NOT express my love for this place. Their muffuletta is my guilty everyday pleasure , I order one or 2 at a time and have a half everyday just because it’s soo amazing it gives me something to look forward to at the end of every long exhausting day it’s definitely my comfort and happiness food ! That doesn’t mean their other sandwiches don’t slap .. the veal sandwiches are on another lvl, best veal sando I’ve had .. their paninis are great and also couldn’t leave this review without a shout out to their ceaser salad with the home made croutons and dressing.
The owners are great people , they always remember you , friendly , happy to be doing what they love .
Don’t let the no seating and having to text in your orders detour you from eating here , you will definitely be missing out and I suggest texting in your order early they can sometimes get quite busy so you may have a longer wait if you don’t text it in early , you can even send your text before they open.
100/10 would suggest eating here , brining some home for your family to eat here or even share with the dog .. you have to spread the love

I was there at 4:45 today to pick up sandwiches for the first time. The person that took care of me was a beautiful person. I wanted to give her a hug! The sandwiches were better than I thought they would be. I'm looking forward to trying the rest of their menu.

Food was amazing , drove from Guelph to try their sandwiches and was not disappointed . We ordered the Veal Parm Panino and a Muffaletta grilled on a ciabatta . The veal was exceptional , cooked to perfection , the Muffaletta with the homemade olive salad , hot capicollo, mortadella, Genoa salami, mozzarella and provolone was incredible and my new favourite sandwich . Service was incredibly easy and very friendly .

Not only do they have the BEST veal sandwich in the province, but they also have the BEST customer service. Received a spicy sandwich by accident and they switched it out no problem. No wonder this business has been a staple in the community for as long as I've been here! Keep up the great work!
