Exceptional place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and sweets from around the world, especially from South America. I was born in Chile, and some of the pastries they have are like the ones I enjoyed years ago. You have to try the Berlin (like a doughnut ) filled with dulce de leche, or the merengues. Service could a little bit faster, but overall a great place!

I visited Nova Era to purchase a cake for my sonās birthday. While waiting in line, I observed an older staff member speak to the customer ahead of me in a belittling manner. When it was my turn, the same server appeared visibly annoyed and seemed irritated when I asked about the different cake flavours. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, and ultimately I chose to leave without making a purchase. I have never felt so unwelcome or as though I was a burden.Will not return.

This place is terrible. The pastries are not great. The coffee is terrible ( as per my husband who ordered an latte) and I asked for a London fog which they told me they knew how to make. It was milk and a ton of vanilla syrup. Which I had to wait 5 minutes for. The service is slow.

I placed a large sandwich order for a company lunch, and everything was perfect. The order was ready on time, the sandwiches were fresh, even still warm and toasted when I picked them up. The service was professional and friendly, and the sandwiches were delicious. Everyone loved them! Highly recommend.

Older lady with glasses working today is incredibly rude and full of attitude.im guessing shes the manager food is good but i didnt order sass with my chicken sandwich. The other staff are nice bjt you can tell they are intimidated of this lady. Cant say ill be back the previous manger was wonderful.

Food is always incredible. Service sucks, I would not have cared! BUT I watched an older lady get ignored behind me in line when she wanted to add more to her order, then the worker said āsomeone else will continue your orderā. Why? so disorganized and its as if you are upset when people want to order more. Even the older adults behind the counter look exhausted and pissed off at the beginning of customer interactions. I am sure there are tons of people too impatient and unkind especially when you guys are so busy. but dont take it out on everyone else! whether you are pissed off while serving or not , eventually everyone wants service. Youre food is great , if people canāt wait for great stuff then thats on them but the 3 minutes i was inside the bakery sucked. desserts are delicious!!!
Ordered the steak mushroom melt through Skip the Dishes and WOW. Great sandwich, real steak, perfect amount of toppings.

Love this place but yall gotta fix the bathroom situation with the locks. So it appears the bathrooms are locked by default and automatically opened by the staff up front.
There isnāt a way for you to lock it yourself while your inside.. why is this a bad setup.. because I guess the staff forgot I was inside the bathroom (<5 minutes by the way) and the unlocked the bathroom while I was using it.. someone else comes and opens the door while Iām inside!!!!
Thank GOD I was finished up and just washing my hands at that point but really I would recommend fixing this before someone gets exposed in a much much worse situation! Maybe install a latch bolt or deadbolt on the knobā¦?
