10 of us made a reservation for breakfast. Service was incredibly slow and disorganized. Our server forgot: menus, cutlery, coffee refills. Cream for coffee wasn't refilled. No salt and pepper on table. She was hard to find. She would not accomodate small substitutions. The food was okay but some at our table said theirs was cold. Took forever to get extra syrup, hot sauce. Painful and disappointing service experience and only okay food. We will try somewhere else next time.

Oscar's is a staple in the Sunday Breakfast rotation. Good selection of meals, nice portions. Depending on the time you go, the wait is never too long. Staff are nice, they take their time which can seem slow or off-putting to some. I appreciate that they aren't consistently checking in while you are in the middle of a bite.
