Disappointing. Not sure what happened within the last year, going before we had the best experience with the best food, however, this time the chicken was mainly at the bottom of my husbands, and my pita fell apart before I could even get one bite into it. Tasted great still of course but not sure if ownership changed, or if training changed

The salad was fresh. That's about all the positives.Definitely the worst shwarma I've ever had. The sauce and meat was completely devoid of flavour other than heat. It's expensive and portion is tiny. The couple fries I got were ok.The only reason I went here was because it was the only place open that late. Next time I'll go to bed hungry and go to a real shwarma place the next day.

I feel bad leaving a poor review, but the Beyond Steak was cold and nasty with a very weird flavour/texture. Beyond Steak was chewy and wet with yucky, bland aftertaste. Normally the garlic sauce helps, but the contents of the wrap itself were so gross that I had to throw it out. Could barely even taste the other toppings and I ordered it with “the works.”They should bring back the original Beyond Meat. It was much better and definitely did not taste this horrible. I feel like even Beyond Chicken would be better and might retain a more satisfying flavour and texture.For now, I’ll be sticking to the falafel when ordering. It’s too bad because Osmow’s was one of the only shawarma joints that offered a meat alternative rather than solely falafel.

I must say this Osmow's restaurant is fantastic, very clean great staff and FANTASTIC CHEF. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I ordered falafel half and half to go, when i reached home i checked order and it was wrong order. I tried to call them 3-4 times but no one picked up my phone.
