Visited Palm Valley today for lunch. I ordered the Chicken Pothi Biriyani and Chicken Lollipop. The biriyani was really good — flavorful and served in a generous portion, enough for one and could even be shared by two. The Chicken Lollipop tasted good too, though I felt the garlic was a bit too strong. I also had tea, i am a tea lover but it wasn’t that great i couldn’t finish it off— could definitely be improved.
The dining space was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Washrooms were also hygienic and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant experience and I’d recommend giving it a try!

I had high expectations when I ordered the Beef Fry and Kappa Biryani from this restaurant, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. The beef was overcooked, dry, and had a strange aftertaste, while the kappa (yucca) was overcooked, making it nearly inedible.
The worst part? I ended up feeling extremely sick just a few hours after eating. I had severe stomach discomfort, nausea, and food poisoning symptoms that lasted the entire night. Clearly, something was wrong with the food—either poor-quality ingredients or improper food handling.
I’m truly disappointed, as I had heard good things about this place. But after this experience, I wouldn’t dare to try their food again unless they seriously improve their food preparation standards. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures no one else has to go through this.

Hello, I like the chicken what you make . But make sure everytime the susce like garlic or other things is good. When you put it in the fridge. And in the morning please check if that's good or smile bad. Or can you make less . And end of the day you can throw it if not too much. Thanks

I recently visited Palm Valley Restaurant and ordered the Alleppey fish curry, but unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Shortly after eating, I started feeling unwell and experienced symptoms of food poisoning. It was clear that something was wrong with the food safety and quality of the food they served. I had to go to the ER due to the severity of my symptoms.I don’t recommend this restaurant and will never be going back.staff are friendly and welcoming .

I found the food to be above average for an Indian takeaway. They have a large diverse menu with dishes for vegetarians and meat eaters. Offering numerous discounts for takeaway and hospital staff with ID badges. Definitely would recommend! You recommend?

The food was good during the initial days. But recently the quality of food became absolutely worst. The dishes that were good once are pathetic now.
I've started experiencing this recently and thought this was one time issue. But it kept on repeating everytime with quality and quantity. Today I ordered Malabar Porotta and Chicken roast and was very dissaponted after seeing itself. Both were thrash which forced me to write the review. Never gonna order from there as they don't have any consistency with their food.

Absolutely devastating service. Waited far too long for our food, which arrived cold and poorly prepared. Staff was inattentive and unprofessional, showing no concern for customer experience. A complete waste of time and money, will never return.

Today we had our dinner here. We ordered Kappa Biriyani, Kerala Porotta and chicken perattu. The taste was amazing same as the authentic Kerala style. I recommend everyone to visit.

I ordered 2 Porota and I only got 1. Restaurants should make sure customers are getting the right number of items they order.
I can’t open my package and count it. This is like damaging customer trust. I know sits just $2.50 or something. But every penny count.
