Palmyra Grill & Desserts

I came in with my family of 4, it was sad to see the restaurant not as busy as it should be,
The food was some of the best we’ve had in KW and GTA.
We enjoyed the Lamb mendi (The lamb was juicy and fatty, the rice needed some salt but thats personal preference)
We also got broasted chicken meal (4 pc with fries coleslaw pickles and garlic sauce) the garlic sauce was amazing. Everything was good!
We also got falafel, not the best, would not order again but everything else was really good!
The service was good
The restaurant was clean and atmosphere was nice
The prices were decent aswell!
Something nobody talks about is the bidet in the washroom! Love that!!

Delicious food and pleasant staff. Maha, the cashier, recommended some sweets to us and we truely loved it. Kunafa was fresh. One of the best food I had in the region.

As much as I used to love coming to Palmyra, the experience I had today was nothing like it used to be when they had first opened. First of all it smelled like the workers were smoking cigarettes in the restaurant. It reeked of an old bar in there. Upon arrival I asked if they still served the lentil soup to start, I was told they did (I usually get it for my 1 year old and I told the waitress that). After the orders start coming in, I ask about the soup and she tells me then that oh, we don’t have it today. The smoke meat sandwich I ordered today was flat and it barely had any meat or toppings in it! It was mostly just bread. This was my regular order before and I used to struggle to fit it in my mouth, but today, my 1 year old would easily be able to eat it. Don’t trust the pictures on their instagram because they are quite misleading now. The mandi portion also decreased in both rice and sauce. The quantity and quality of food and service significantly dropped after their grand opening. It just seems like they don’t care anymore. I used to bring all my friends here. I wouldn’t recommend it anymore. Quite unfortunate, this used to be a decent spot with good food and reasonable prices. Now the price is not worth what you get.

Ordered two plates one chicken and one beef. The beef was cut into really tiny, shredded pieces that looked and smelled unpleasant. The chicken was pale and had no flavor. They didn’t include fries, and there was barely a spoon of garlic sauce with each plate. Overall, not good at all. Paid $35 for both and honestly couldn’t eat any of it. Very disappointing.

Just picked up a family shawarma platter. The service was excellent and fast. Food was delicious with large portions. This was our first time there but are sure to go again

Great food and great customer service! If you like shawerma, youre definitely gonna love the shawerma from Palmyra. Seevice was quick and staff were very kind. Desserts selection looks delicious. Will definitely come again and would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you!

We had the Jordanian Mansaf, chicken shawarma and Turkish coffee from Palmyra. Nothing disappointed. The food was flavorful and the staff was friendly. Would go here again.
Only suggestion would be to have a ramp to the door so that wheel chairs and strollers can be brought in easily.
