I don’t even know where to start. The attitude of the person taking my order was absolutely unbelievable. I’ve never seen someone care so little about their job — talking over me, and acting like I was bothering them for simply placing an order.
I tried to stay polite, but they made it impossible. Every word out of their mouth was rude and dismissive, like they couldn’t wait to get rid of me. Honestly, if customer service annoys you that much, maybe don’t work in it.
I was so shocked that someone could be that disrespectful to a paying customer. This place clearly doesn’t value people’s time or money. I was frustrated and disgusted, promising myself never to place an order with them again

Terrible experience. Delivery took 1.5 hours and the pizza was raw and doughy, even after asking for well done. Total waste of money. First bad experience with Papa John’s, but clearly a management issue.

We used to go here every Friday as per my son’s request. We took a little break but we still always order from here. Food is always fresh and delicious. Staff is always nice and we continue to go back because my son says it’s the best. We are big orderers of the thin crust although the NY style like the Shakaroni is so delicious! We are big orderers of the garlic knots too!

Had a great experience at Papa John’s recently. The pizza we ordered was bursting with flavours and fresh toppings. Had to say that kitchen takes pride in getting every flavour right.
A big shoutout to Vansh for making it worth remembering with his excellent customer service, it’s not every day you come across someone so committed to making guests feel at home.

This was by far one of the worst pizzas I’ve had. I ordered the Butter Chicken Medium New York Style Pizza from Papa John's, and it was nothing like what I expected. It was dry, bland, and tasted more like a basic cheese pizza than anything resembling butter chicken. The so-called butter chicken topping was barely there, and the few bits of chicken I could find were tasteless. The pizza had almost no sauce, and the few toppings they added—green pepper and onion—were in such small amounts that it felt like they were an afterthought.
Honestly, I regret spending my money on this. It wasn’t even close to what I hoped for, and I’d strongly recommend avoiding this pizza altogether. There are way better options out there, whether it's from local shops or other chains. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I order from this Papa Johns regularly and am always getting the same quality and delicious pizza. The other day I made the wrong order and did Buffalo sauce as the base instead of BBQ. Still delicious! They are always friendly when going in for pickup. Highly recommend

We had Papa John's pizza last night for the first time. We ordered a meat pizza and garlic cheese and bacon bread and had it delivered. It was delivered fast, hot and delicious. Best pizza my wife and I have had. The garlic cheese and bacon bread was amazing!!! This is the first time we have had Papa John's and it exceeded all our expectations. Needless to say, this will be our go to Pizza place from now on. Almost forgot. The giant chocolate chip cookie was a fantastic hit for dessert. Thank You Papa John's so much for your service and delicious food.
