Worst customer service i am eating the pizza since last 3 years form this restaurant & i placed order for the take out pizza dip combo. they called me back and told we would carge you for the dip extra because the pizza is thin crust. I am never going to this store back ever rather prefer dominos. Even twice the deal is better than this store.

Very dissapointed with my order,, large pizza new york crust pepp. Hot peppers, green peppers, DBL MUSHROOM, EXTRA/ CHEESE this pizza had neither,,,,, if i wanted pizza as dominoes that weighs everything per grams i would have ordered this type of pizza...sorry to say NEVER again.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Papa John’s location. First, the garlic butter had a foul, spoiled odor — definitely not what you’d expect from a reputable chain. Even worse, I witnessed an employee making pizza dough without wearing gloves, and repeatedly touching his earbuds and then the dough, which is a serious hygiene issue.
When I brought up my concerns, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing the situation professionally. Thankfully, I have photos and videos documenting everything, and I’m seriously considering sharing them with local health authorities.
This experience made me question the cleanliness and standards at this location. I will not be returning.

I went to Papa John’s and had a bad experience. After placing my order, I saw that Indian customers who ordered after me were served first. I waited much longer for my food, which felt really unfair. Service should be based on who orders first, not anything else.

This was the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. It literally tasted like garbage ,stale, bland, and completely off. The cheese was rubbery, the sauce had a weird sour taste, and the crust was dry and hard like it had been sitting out for hours. I wouldn’t be surprised if the ingredients were expired.

The pizza was a disaster; everything fell apart the moment I picked up a slice, especially the cheese. It smelled off, like something wasn’t fresh.
