Staff very unfriendly and food not consistent. Same dish sometimes taste OK and sometimes horrible! The staff clean floors while you are trying to eat with strong scented chemicals and sweep around you creating dust while you are trying to eat! The smell of chemical like Mr clean/ bleach are very unpleasant and trigger allergic reactions! We went late in the evening few times so we thought that was probably the issue and they try to clean to close the restaurant, but this month we have gone twice in the middle of the day and same issues. Moping around our feet with nasty strong chemicals. Completely mood ruining:(

Why are you so stingy on pho broth? Half a deli container for a medium? Seems you get the same amount of food whether you choose small or XL when it comes to pho. This is embarrassing, wasn't like that before

Was a reoccurring customer here but tonight we had booked a birthday reservation for a specific table at 6pm. We arrive 5 minutes early to find they gave away our table, and tell us there are NO tables available and we will need to wait. What’s the point of a reservation. We just left. Never coming back or ordering out again.

Made a birthday reservation for 6, they gave our table to somebody else even though we were 10 minutes early lmao

Don’t waste your time calling in cuz they don’t care

They have the worst service I’ve ever experienced and the pho was just as BAD.
I ordered an extra-large special pho to go, and this is what they gave me:

The portion was embarrassingly small for the price. For an extra-large special soup, they included only a few tiny crumbled pieces of beef and half a meatball. Completely unacceptable.

I would not recommend this place at all.
Easily the worst restaurant in town.

The restaurant is not set up for atmosphere, very good service 👍 could use a bigger restaurant, usually take out. Been coming here for years.
