I go there regularly with a bunch of ladies usually 8 of us for lunch approx every 6 weeks and occasionally for breakfast. Always with reservations and have been told about an 18% mandatory tip for over 6 people and 20% for over 8 people. Big surprise we got our bill and 18% was on the bill..the server informed us it was her choice whether to charge it or not...I suggested that we should have been informed of this upon making the reservation and I don't think we should be charged..asked to speak to the manager and she said it was the servers call. Totally have lost our business.. transparency is mandatory..the server didn't even point it out one of the ladies went to tip and..noticed the 18% on her bill...sneaky

Came to pick up a DoorDash order today (Oct 4, 2025 — Saturday), and honestly, the service was disgusting. I was #2 in the waiting line, and a Canadian guy was behind me at #3. A white girl came out, completely ignored me, helped the guy (Canadian)behind me, and left like I wasn’t even standing there. It wasn’t even busy, and she saw me waiting the whole time. The favoritism and attitude were obvious — it felt straight up racist. Zero professionalism. Do better.
Best wings, specials and service. Games are all on TVs.
