I go there regularly with a bunch of ladies usually 8 of us for lunch approx every 6 weeks and occasionally for breakfast. Always with reservations and have been told about an 18% mandatory tip for over 6 people and 20% for over 8 people. Big surprise we got our bill and 18% was on the bill..the server informed us it was her choice whether to charge it or not...I suggested that we should have been informed of this upon making the reservation and I don't think we should be charged..asked to speak to the manager and she said it was the servers call. Totally have lost our business.. transparency is mandatory..the server didn't even point it out one of the ladies went to tip and..noticed the 18% on her bill...sneaky

Came to pick up a DoorDash order today (Oct 4, 2025 — Saturday), and honestly, the service was disgusting. I was #2 in the waiting line, and a Canadian guy was behind me at #3. A white girl came out, completely ignored me, helped the guy (Canadian)behind me, and left like I wasn’t even standing there. It wasn’t even busy, and she saw me waiting the whole time. The favoritism and attitude were obvious — it felt straight up racist. Zero professionalism. Do better.

I took a friend here for the ravioli which I highly recommended. When we received our meals we couldn't eat them because the pecans were way too spicy. We sent them back. My friends came back with no apples in it and mine came back with no cheese. Just ridiculous! I was charged full price for the meals. Will never go back and Pipers Arms is one of fav franchises.

A good menu with a variety of interesting choices and a comfortable pub feel make a visit to the Piper Arms a good idea. We'll be going back to try more of their great looking dishes. And the draught beer was fresh.

My wife and I had 2 different pasta dishes, the lobster lovers and Cajun fettuccine. They were both fantastic proportions were spot on and sauce was totally on point. Highly recommend.
