The service at this Pita Pit is amazing! Lisa, one of the workers, gave me fantastic recommendations and really made the experience so much better. This has got to be one of the best Pita Pit locations in the Tri-Cities, they actually welcome you with a kind smile and fill their pitas properly. It was so refreshing to walk into a quick serve restaurant and be greeted with a smile and friendly service. I stopped going to The Pita Pit in my area because it was always disappointing, the service was terrible and the restaurant wasn’t clean. I was visiting my mother and she assured me that this location was different. The three ladies working were so lovely! The restaurant was clean! The food was fresh! It seems silly to be impressed by what should be the norm but good customer service and quality food made with pride have been so scarce the last few years especially in quick serve restaurants. I also appreciated the tables set up in front of the prep area to keep customers from leaning over the glass while selecting toppings, very smart! You’re doing everything right! Keep up the great work ladies :)

Total ripoff, spent over $20 and got an old pita full of brown rotten lettuce. One of the worse experiences that I've ever had. I had to go get a real dinner after this. Yes, it's the correct location, stop blaming other locations for your horrible management, poor customer service and even worst pitas.

My yesterday’s experience at this restaurant was truly unforgettable. I was treated to a delightful display of rudeness by the girl with a Chinese tattoo on her neck. It was like she was doing me a favor by taking my order. While the food was good, I can't say the same about the customer service.

I swear this is the best pita pit . A lot of other locations really don’t give you many toppings or ripped breaking apart pitas, this pita pit is the best one left in the city the girls are fast and give great service

My dasher forgot my drinks and refused to go get them even though it was his fault he forgot them so we called pitapit and they held our drinks for us to go get them and requested DoorDash to refund us, amazing customer service & the food was super good too

Just had an XL buffalo chicken pita, one of my favorites!! All the staff at this restaurant are amazing. Super friendly and make you feel like they actually care about the customers. I know it’s just a fast food joint but having friendly staff makes a huge difference. Great job everyone ?

This is by far the cleanest, most organized Pita Pit in the KW area. The service was fast, the portion size of the pita was amazing, and all the toppings were fresh. I may consider driving the extra 10 minutes to visit this location vs the one in east Waterloo. Keep up the great work! ?
