I just wanna give a shout out to the two ladies that were working a couple weeks ago on a Wednesday. Super communicative, extremely friendly and absolute care with assembling my pita.
They simply made my experience a 10/10 and made a pita that I’ll never forget. The most delicious pita ever … It was truly amazing. Give them a raise!

Was greeted warmly by one of the staff upon entry. And thanked warmly as we were leaving. Dealt with 3 different staff members during our visit. Each one was friendly and personable. Food was good. Very clean and the food items were separate. The staff made an effort to keep them separate and keep the restaurant clean.

My husband picked dinner up last night. Good food. More importantly, the person working was by herself as her team member called in. It was busy! The person working handled it really well and we appreciate how challenging it is to be in business today. ;)! Thanks for showing up and making our dinner so we did not have to.

The service at this Pita Pit is amazing! Lisa, one of the workers, gave me fantastic recommendations and really made the experience so much better. This has got to be one of the best Pita Pit locations in the Tri-Cities, they actually welcome you with a kind smile and fill their pitas properly. It was so refreshing to walk into a quick serve restaurant and be greeted with a smile and friendly service. I stopped going to The Pita Pit in my area because it was always disappointing, the service was terrible and the restaurant wasn’t clean. I was visiting my mother and she assured me that this location was different. The three ladies working were so lovely! The restaurant was clean! The food was fresh! It seems silly to be impressed by what should be the norm but good customer service and quality food made with pride have been so scarce the last few years especially in quick serve restaurants. I also appreciated the tables set up in front of the prep area to keep customers from leaning over the glass while selecting toppings, very smart! You’re doing everything right! Keep up the great work ladies :)
