The food quality and staff at Pita Pit at Sunrise Centre in Kitchener are amazing! My wife and I order our meals from this location quite often as we enjoy the value for our money. The pitas are so healthy and delicious! The staff are very friendly, efficient and courteous.

Nandani provided exceptional service during my visit to Pita Pit. She was friendly and took the time to help me customize my order perfectly. Her suggestions were spot-on, and it was evident that she is giving good training to her colleagues, contributing to a positive atmosphere. Came at 7:15pm and it was closed despite website saying open until 8pm

A VERY VERY RUDE LADY TODAY! I asked for tissues and she literally threw tissues at me turned around and walked away. The staff should be learning some manners on how to behave with customers. Very disrespectful !

Waited about 15min to place our order. When taking our order the lady was rude and rushed. We watched as she used her hands (hand gloves on ) to potion our rice into the rice bowls. When I was listing the toppings for a pita we also ordered, she made a comment about how they are closing soon. To our surprise these rice bowls were so stingy. They didn't even reach the "full line" and one even had double meat. I am not sure what happened but this place use to be great . What a rip off these rice bowls are.

I got the pit few days a ago and half of the pita I threw into garbage. It was distasteful and disgusting. The vegs were not fresh and she would input few pieces of lettuce, Onions etc. But we waited 25 minutes to get a pita

I visited PitaPit and had a delicious meal made by a short Indian girl with small eyes and big glasses. When I tried the same dish from another server, it wasn’t as good. I’ve visited 2-3 times since then, but she hasn’t been there. I hope to see her again soon to ask about her special sauce recipe, so I can request other servers to make it the same way.

Worst pita I have ever had. The girl did not put the toppings I asked for in my pita, she gave me a small instead of a large, all round pathetic location!!!
