Pita Pit

I visited this location today and had a really great experience. Harpreet was working all by herself, and I must say she is extremely hardworking and dedicated. Despite being alone, she managed everything so well and prepared my food with so much care and love. The taste was amazing, and the service felt very warm and genuine. Harpreet truly deserves appreciation and a raise for her efforts. Keep up the great work!

I don't care about other reviews, but whenever I go to this location, I get the best service ever. They also have an employee named Siya. She is the best. I would say that if I could give more than 5, I would give…
I personally don't eat any meat or contaminated food. She makes sure to wash her hands and use new utensils for my order and then makes my order, and that is perfect!
All in all, it is a fantastic visit every time, but this time I had a little time to put a review!

I wish I could give a one star for the customer service that the regional manager named harjot gave me. All I did was come in and tell him hey look there's a hair in my food. Can you please get a replace or my money back? He therefore threatened to call the police on meaning to get out of his store because it was my girlfriend that purchased it which was just outside in the car. If this is how these people are going to treat you, I would never recommend to come here ever again, especially them not wearing their haircuts properly or washing their hands properly and touching their devices

We eat here all the time, and for the most part, the service is exceptional and the food is good. Tonight we ordered on the app for the first time. Service was quick, however my pita was so much smaller than when I order in the restaurant. It was about 2/3 the usual size. They also didn’t add pickles, which I asked for. The pita tasted great, but it was just too small. It was super convenient ordering on the app instead of waiting in the restaurant, however if it’s at the expense of the quantity of food, I may stick to going in

I have been here over and over. Must be new owners because there is no way the owner would have let food leave their store this way.
My pita was to have CHICKEN & BACON in it. NO BACON that I paid extra for.
I asked for romaine and spinach - got wilted and soggy rotten looking ice berg lettuce.
There was so much sauce it was soggy, I could not eat it.

So disappointed and what a waste of my money.
