Pita Pit

I have been here over and over. Must be new owners because there is no way the owner would have let food leave their store this way.
My pita was to have CHICKEN & BACON in it. NO BACON that I paid extra for.
I asked for romaine and spinach - got wilted and soggy rotten looking ice berg lettuce.
There was so much sauce it was soggy, I could not eat it.

So disappointed and what a waste of my money.

Excellent customer service, specifically the evening shift of Monday Sept. 15th,2025. The person on staff that evening had a steady stream of customers an hour before closing and managed to be efficient, hardworking, focused and attentive to everyone wanting her attention while she was making the orders! We were so impressed! Great attitude too! 11/10!

The staff there are friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is good and very neat place. Their food is very delicious and filling. I highly recommend going there for healthy meals.

Great place to get quick cheap and mostly healthy food. Everything is made to order. It tastes great and the staff are nice and accommodating. A girl is working over here, i guess her name is upasan. She was so attentive to our needs and always had a smile on her face. She made us feel comfortable and welcome and we really appreciated her friendly behaviour.

This was our first visit, and we were impressed with the friendly service provided by Harpreet Kaur. Despite being on her own and the shop being quite busy, she remained polite, professional, and attentive to every customer. Her positive attitude and excellent service made the experience even better, and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning.

Really enjoyed repeating myself on everything i wanted, since the worker was on the phone the whole time and not paying attention

Don’t get me wrong, the food is good, but the wait time! I literally waited to get my order taken for 20 minutes, and there seemed to be only 1 person working while having 5 other people ahead of me.

It’s disappointing that they don’t care for their speed of service, and leave all the work to one person. Not a great experience.

Also, once I finally did get my order taken, the worker didn’t even apologize for the wait time!

I visited Pita Pit today and had an excellent experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made just how I liked it. What stood out was the outstanding customer service provided by Siya Patel. She was friendly, and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It's always a pleasure to be served by someone who enjoys what they do and takes pride in their work.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy, delicious meal with top-notch service. I’ll be coming back!
