Pizza Express (Highview/Ira Needles)

This place has the best pizza ever and I’m not just saying that because it’s affordable and it’s delicious and it’s five minutes from my house. I’m saying this because I’ve been to Paris, Italy I’ve even been to Costa Rica they all had amazing pizza, but nothing is compared to the pizza that this place. Pizza express has beautiful tasty pizza And the customer service is elite 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Once again, we have bad the best pizza of any pizza place in Kitchener and our previous home locations across Ontario. This is best tasting, hot and ready (on time) pizzas we have ever had.

We love our pizzas from here. It's tasty and they always have good deals going on! But would prefer if they used gloves when putting toppings on the pizza especially those with long nails! I actually saw one of the workers scratch their head and continued with the pizza toppings! It is not hyganic at all. Put your gloves on!

Friendly service, delicious sub and the price was perfect.
I ordered the $5.99 meat lover 12” Sub as advertised in the window.
I am from out of town and on my way back to Toronto and wanted a quick bit to eat in the car.
Although I waited quite a bit longer for my sub than at a sub franchise I was patient and it was way better than any other sub I had had. More meat, proper seasoning and most importantly “fresh”!
Thank you and well worth the extra 10 minute wait.

They advertised the slice combo, but for the second time, they did not have any slice ready, and once I asked them if they made more slices, she said they don't make any more slices because it's evening time . I was there first visit 6:00 pm , second visit at 7:20 pm

Delicious subs for a great price. Cajun fries are so good. Friendly service. I'm just sad I didn't find this place sooner.

Pizza is some of the best in the area, so we decided to try their subs recently. We ordered a pizza sub and a meatball sub. When we got home and unwrapped them, we actually thought we received the wrong order because it looked completely off. When we got back to the store, the lady said she was the one that made them and knew they were right. The pizza sub, listed as double meat and bacon contained almost no meat, we actually thought it was a veggie sub because we couldn’t see any when we opened it up. We added some veggies, but there was also some other stuff that we didn’t add. The lady admitted that their website descriptions are inaccurate and they actually make it with different toppings than what was listed. Strange, maybe make it how someone orders it? The “meatball” sub was ordered plain (meat/cheese/sauce) but came with a ton of vegetables. Again, not what is listed on the website. The meatballs themselves were little pieces of meat, what you would get if you ordered Italian sausage on your pizza. The lady admitted that the subs were not what we actually ordered, but no offer of a refund or to make them correctly. We ended up leaving them there and told her to throw them out.

Because the service and pizza are usually good here, I wanted to give management a chance to fix this, so I sent them a direct email. Well, they just chose to ignore it, so here we are. I don’t think I can continue supporting a place that clearly doesn’t care about customer service.
