Ordered online for a delivery. It was supposed to be at my place about 30 minutes after I ordered however took about an hour. I ended up calling the store because the pizza tracker said it was being delivered and would arrive in 10 minute however the status stayed that way for over 30 minutes. The store said they would call the driver and call me back but I didn't hear from them again. My pizza was cold and hard. There were barely any toppings and was only partly cut. I will not be ordering again.

I’ve had two bad experiences at this Pizza Hut. The first time, my pizza was burnt. I decided to give it another chance, but today the chicken on the pizza was raw. That’s unacceptable and unsafe. I won’t be ordering from here again.
