Pizza Hut Kitchener

This was the worst experience we've ever had. They messed up our order 3 times. The delivery driver showed up to deliver only one of the two pizzas we ordered. The one pizza was absolutely discussting.We sent it back requesting the two once more. Then they called us 30minutes later saying they are not even on the way. In total we've waited an hour for nothing. Beware of bad service, long wait times and incompetence

I visit this place quite often. Really impressed by the understanding of the staff and their willingness to help. Had SPC membership but they have nothing to scan it from the phone. Revant really showed excellent customer service by providing the extended support of discount after verifying the details of the membership. Really impressed. Will visit again. I love their wings combo and also their pizzas. Only drawback is they don’t have any place to sit and eat!! Also, please provide oregano seasoning as well. No complaints whatsoever from the employees’ end. Just a feedback. Thanks

Paid 27.99 pre tax for a stuffed crust pizza and this is what I got... Speechless. Is this all the cheese they could afford to put in the crust???

Ordered 2 large Pan Pizzas on Oct 4th. They had excess oil, a gooey dough and dough had not even risen. Unable to fathom if there is any quality check or not. Called Pizza Hut immediately, they apologized and credited for the pizzas but need to watch your reputation.
UPDATE, even though Pizza Hut confirmed crediting for the 2 pizzas, there is no credit on my online account. Is everyone out to scam and rid common folks of their hard earned money??? damn

I tried pizza hut for the first time. The pizza was decently good in taste. But can you imagine paying 33 dollars for a medium 3 toppings pizza??
Am i okay with paying this much money for a medium pizza? Maybe.. maybe not, but you won’t see me often there.Good luck in keeping regular customers.
