I came in for an order I preordered, and had to wait another 30 min. Guy was handling the dough and then took a customer that paid cash… and yup went straight back to the dough without washing his hands! Then took his personal phone, finished his call and went straight back to handling food. I will be posting a video on social media!!!! Nasty!

This is best location they make it better than any other in Kitchener wish they could deliver to me !
After what feels like ages, I finally had a pizza that made me stop mid-bite and just smile. Huge shoutout to Umang for making one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The crust was just right, the flavors were balanced, and you could genuinely taste the love and effort behind it.

Absolutely ridiculous how I ordered at 7PM and it’s 9:18PM without my order. They claimed I didn’t give the correct address.. when I specifically gave my address.. correctly. When I mentioned I wasn’t paying full price for them to deliver the food I ordered.. the man over the phone told me “This isn’t free, you’re paying full price.” WHICH I never asked for anything to be free.. but also didn’t think it’s fair that they made the mistake.. but yet I still need to pay full price. I recently moved to Kitchener from Toronto, and this has most definitely been the worst experience from PIZZA PIZZ I’ve ever experienced.
I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, seems like Hawaiian at pizza pizza means bacon strips and bacon bits. I paid 19.35 for a medium. There was a special for a large 3 topping with 3 drinks for 15 but the call center never mentioned it. So your saying if they just told me there was a deal going on I could got a bigger pizza with drinks for less money. Also this guy wouldn’t shut up about brownies. I don’t want the extra stuff just do my order. He spelled my name as gafta. My name is mustafa.
Food was really bad . Unhygienic atmosphere inside the store. Should contact local public health unit to look at them.
If i could able to give them 0 rating i would. Worst location in the town.

I believe this was the worst pizza experience I have ever had. I ordered on the Pizza Pizza app at 5:07 PM, which I recognize is a busy time. The app says no time is guaranteed, but it should take ~5-10 minutes. But as I said, I knew it was a busy time, so I continued about my day, waiting for my app tracker to say it was done. I figured the app would work because it did update to say being prepared. Fifty minutes later, with no update, I finally decided to go and see where this pizza was. The store was not busy. I went in and asked what the status of my order was. The worker then replies that it's ready and has been for a very long time. When the pizza was brought over, I tried to ask why I didn't receive that confirmation, and the worker said they don't take care of that. So here I am, a cold pizza, with him ringing it through for me to pay. Before I do anything, he walks away, saying nothing else to me. I tap my card, and instead of coming back over, he just continued what he was doing, ignoring the fact that I'm standing there. So I had to take my own receipt and quietly left. I have never had such poor customer service. I would not return to this location
Best pizza in town
The staff here is pathetic..I came here to order pizza and just ask them to give me dip instead of pops but she is really rude to us and did not give us proper customer service at all...
So multiple times now I've walked into my goddamn pizza store. I know how long they're supposed to keep a panzer already on for it's supposed to be for 5 to 10 minutes to actually heat it up. They've only been putting it on for a minute and then when I asked them to like hey, can you leave it out longer? Nope. It's like what kind of experience is that I have to walk 3-4 minutes home in the freezing cold and I don't got a microwave and then when I get home my flipping panzerotti's already cold. How is that fair?
Rude customer service.
