Waited over 30 minutes even though I live 4 minutes away from the store. Driver was named mustafa. Roaming around doing other deliveries I guess.Totally unacceptable . Never ordering from here.

There was a Sharp PLASTIC PEICE in our pizza as seen in photos below. It hurt my tongue and then hopefully I took it out. We immediately went to the store as it was a take out order, the staff present was very rude and did not even apologize for the same and said we cannot do anything, we don’t know anything, so when I asked managers name and number, they refused to share, and after a few times request they just gave managers name and told us to come back next day. We went back again and the manager apologized for it and told that what can I do for you, can give you drinks or a refund or a pizza, so we took a refund and thats it.
Being a regular customer for this store, it was extremely disappointing and scary too. Makes me rethink ever buying pizza from pizza-pizza again.

I visited the store around 11:15 pm, and ordered a pizza. Unfortunately, the girl at the counter was not polite — her behavior was quite rude and arrogant. I was disappointed with the customer service. You guys really need to improve your customer service.

So my wife and I frequent a small pizza shop I will not name regularly , but today we decided to try something different pizza wise and we could not have been more disappointed !!! We ended up throwing out the rest of the pizza, after a slice each , we just could not eat it , it was a huge mistake , shame on the big box pizza name pizza pizza king st , it was maybe a 2/10 absolutely gross , never and I mean never again !!! Small town pizza store for the win !!
We ordered pizzas which costed us more than $100 they made us wait for more than an hour, still asking us to wait more. Moreover niether AC nor washroom is working. Staff member named abhishek was very rude and he prioritised other orders which came after we ordered. And pizza was stale.

Was delicious but the quantity was not enough. I ordered large veggie pizza for (pickup)with cheese filled crust. And told them to add alot of veggies but when i opened the box the veggies were only few.
