We ordered pizzas which costed us more than $100 they made us wait for more than an hour, still asking us to wait more. Moreover niether AC nor washroom is working. Staff member named abhishek was very rude and he prioritised other orders which came after we ordered. And pizza was stale.

Absolutely the worst location in kw I only buy pizza pizza but this location is strange taste very different from others like they use different sauce or their sauce is bad or fermented some is not right staff is horrendous rude and very slow please do not support this location it needs to close

Was delicious but the quantity was not enough. I ordered large veggie pizza for (pickup)with cheese filled crust. And told them to add alot of veggies but when i opened the box the veggies were only few.
Quality was good but quantity was not enough as large pizza.

I asked for the washroom key and the cashier girl told its under maintenance when another female customer asked for it, another guy who was working gave it to her. Idk what type of maintenance it was. It's always too hot and difficult to sit and eat.

I order online for half moon and ask to not cut into slices. Store employees were like you have to say it to us, we understand you have order online and put note for us, we were too busy to read the instructions. Waste of time.

It’s a nice little spot that this place is in. Ordered an Extra-Extra Large Pizza with Green Olives, Bacon Bits and of course the pepperoni and cheese.
Ate that thing right out front of city hall in one of the lawn chairs!!!

Very disappointing experience at this location. I had to wait at the counter for almost 4 minutes while the staff clearly saw me standing there—we even made eye contact—but they still chose not to assist me or prioritize customer service. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve experienced similar treatment in the past.
To make things worse, yesterday I found something unusual and inedible in my pizza (attaching the photo for reference). That was the final straw. The quality and service here have gone downhill. Definitely not ordering from this place again.
