I order online for half moon and ask to not cut into slices. Store employees were like you have to say it to us, we understand you have order online and put note for us, we were too busy to read the instructions. Waste of time.

It’s a nice little spot that this place is in. Ordered an Extra-Extra Large Pizza with Green Olives, Bacon Bits and of course the pepperoni and cheese.
Ate that thing right out front of city hall in one of the lawn chairs!!!
Very tasty pepper corn ranch dressing…
Pretty quick service too waiting only 17 minutes for the pizza which was surprisingly faster than I expected!

Very disappointing experience at this location. I had to wait at the counter for almost 4 minutes while the staff clearly saw me standing there—we even made eye contact—but they still chose not to assist me or prioritize customer service. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve experienced similar treatment in the past.
To make things worse, yesterday I found something unusual and inedible in my pizza (attaching the photo for reference). That was the final straw. The quality and service here have gone downhill. Definitely not ordering from this place again.

Unsanitary, notice all the good reviews come from a group of certain people. These people are accustomed to unsanitary conditions back home.

To be honest I was a bit disappointed in my last order the sandwiches I got were burnt slightly, everything is overpriced for what you actually get. Was not happy about it....

Place was filthy, no clean tables to sit down at. No one to greet us probably because there was only one girl doing all the work. Understaffed or incompetence? Food was good hence the 3 stars.
I ordered for pick up special jalapeño & Cheese pizza. It was very amazing in taste. Bake as well done as instruction. Their staff and service also impressive. I really suggest this store for pizza in Kitchener.

2 slices available at 830pm when the skating rink is open. 15 min wait to get anything. Ridiculous. Went up the street to double double to some amazing slices that were ready!
