I ordered the half-moon cheesy bread last night, and it was badly overcooked and burnt. The bread was hard, the cheese was dried out, and it didn’t taste fresh at all. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better quality. Would not order this item again.

Only a single and very common issue like the same at alot of other businesses at these days i.e. the associates will never welcome you in the store and no sign of smile on their faces. May be they got too much in their plates or missing the backhome. Let's revive the Canadian culture and smile at each other

Always cold and soggy when we order delivery, but Picked it up in store today and it was pretty decent. Recommend pickup if you can.
I have ordered both dining in and delivery from this location. I always get the extra-large 4-topping special for $18+HST. Sometimes, I get the panzerrotis which are delicious. Once, I got the poutine and it was the worst poutine I have ever seen in my life.
The staff are lovely Punjabi ladies. I speak some Hindi and it is always fun to hit it off with the staff. Pizza Pizza has in-store seating with sturdy tables and chairs that can accommodate extra-large pizza boxes. They also have free Wi-Fi, which is great.
The panzerottis are especially excellent. I find that this location's pizza tastes better than other Pizza Pizza locations. It's too bad that there is such an inconsistency between individual Pizza Pizza locations.
The poutine I ordered one time was absolutely atrocious. The quality of fries was very poor. They did not use real cheese curds. The gravy was thin.
The pizza uses good ingredients. Pizza Depot has an advantage in quality of ingredients, and Pizza Depot has meatballs as a topping. However, the quality of sausages used at Pizza Pizza is pretty good. Better than City Pizza, Twice the Deal Pizza, and Gino's Pizza. Pizza Pizza should consider implementing meatballs as a topping like Pizza Depot.
Overall, Pizza Pizza should shrink their menu to just pizza and panzerottis. The fries and poutines are terrible. I have tried their chicken products in the past and they are decent. I find their onion rings can be flimsy, but that was experienced at other Pizza Pizza locations.
Overall, this individual Pizza Pizza location gets 4/5 stars. It is important to note that every Pizza Pizza location is quite different. They have a nice seating area and free Wi-Fi as a feather in their cap.
