I ordered a XXL pizza and I specifically asked for (go easy on sauce). But when the pizza arrived, it was dripping in sauce. Couldn’t taste the veggies at all. Ruined our night! Disappointed!

Ordered a pizza yesterday and the veggie pieces were huge chunks and completely raw. I’ve tried other Pizza Pizza locations and never had this issue.
Customer care told me to go back to the store for a replacement in the snow, but the store declined, and by then the pizza was cold. When I called back, the rep said they “Pizza was made according to the standards and we have to only listen to the store.” If that’s the case, they might as well call it store service instead of customer service, lol. They didn’t ask for any photos or do any real investigation—just took the store’s word for it.
The store’s reviews already reflect the quality and service. I’ve been a loyal Pizza Pizza customer for years, so this was very disappointing. People put so much time and effort into building a successful business, but customer service like this and staff ignoring standards can make a brand disappear from the market.
SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!
Unfortunately, Pizza Pizza has lost one customer today.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Pizza through Uber Eats. I added clear special instructions, and they were completely ignored. When I contacted the store for help, there was no adjustment made at all, even though the order was prepared incorrectly.
On top of that, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. There was no apology, no solution, and absolutely no accountability.
This experience was extremely frustrating, and I expect much better service. I won’t be ordering again unless there is a serious improvement in customer service and attention to customer instructions.

The toppings were not evenly spread — several slices had little or none of the ingredients I paid for (broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes, onions). Cheese and toppings didn’t go up to the crust evenly, leaving bare spots. The dough was also overly chewy, which made the pizza less enjoyable.
I asked for Plan ahead for pickup and I reached there before my time and pizza was already ready and became cold.

I requested extra cheese and looked like extra cheese was added afterwards and was put in the oven just to melt it. There was a huge splash of cheese on the pizza not cooked enough to show the color..

I was refused too have my order placed and I was told I had too prepay over the phone, I will never order from them again I found them too be very rude. meanwhile I ordered poutine Chicken wings and brownie bites the day before with no problem and I got my order no problem by delivery and paid by debt.
such a very bad experience I just ordered a pizza which is not properly cooked, too much chesses, not include proper toppings and person did not greet properly when i entered there never come back again

Terrible Experience – Do Not Order! This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It tasted awful and was barely edible. On top of that, the packaging was really bad—everything was messy and falling apart when it arrived. Do not go to this store and definitely don’t order from here. Total waste of money.

I have tried garlic bread and it is uncooked and not even tastes like a garlic. I had tried it in other outlets but they are totally different and much better in taste.
