I've ordered multiple pizzas and have always been happy with the quality. Great tasting pies, be it thick crust or thin crust. One time ordered through their website for delivery and then received a call 30 minutes later telling me they had no delivery driver so they couldn't deliver but I already payed for the food. They didn't offer to sort it out themselves. I'm glad I wasn't intoxicated because I had to drive down and pick up my own pizza. Super disappointing, so maybe call to place an order instead of through the website because they could screw you over. They did happily refund my delivery fee and tip though. Although I had this bad experience I will be back as the pizza is great.

Pizza Roma is on skip the dishes. So I placed my order through skip for 2 panzerottis. The store rejected the order 15 minutes after I placed the order. I was refunded in credits. So I messaged skip and they said that the store isn't taking deliveries.... they close at 1am, it was 8pm... skip is a 3rd party delivery company. There was no reason to cancel. Out of curiosity I called to see if they'd accept an order for pick up, they were going to, but I said I'd never order from there again. There was no reason to cancel the order other than sheer laziness.

We went here when it opened and it was good but for some reason we went to other pizza places, just returned and found it's even better than before, great pizza, only thing was we had wings, hopefully just a one off, taste ok but really burnt on the bottom

I would give a -10 rating if I could. Unhygienic. Indian owned now and both owners refused to wear gloves even after touching money. When I asked them to do so or wash hands, both, husband and wife, jumped on me yelling that that's how they make pizza. Yeek.

I am not confused about the location, it happened at your place, on Activa Ave. I addressed it then, when it happened, almost a year ago but the owner and his wife, of Indian origin, yelled at me and she grinded her teeth at me struggling to stay in control to not hit me. Claiming innocence and interest in cleanliness now it's ridiculous. 👎
