We recently had an impromptu 3-generation family get-together and decided to eat-in, rather than take-out, at Pizzaville Kitchener. Not only was the pizza great, the staff were even better. The two young ladies working tonight were kind, welcoming, and helpful. We will happily return :)

I have bad experience in this restaurant. When I went for pick up order they whispered to each other in Indin language it was looks they have Discrimination and then told me to wait for 10 minutes and waited that time after 10 minutes they told me they don't have the food.

First off I wanna say when I walked in there was a head boss here black balled head very nice . The guy serving me seemed nice until that guy left he was on his phone making my food not a big deal but he burned my food so bad I couldn’t eat it then he said well u asked for well done! No I asked for it to be a lil well done not burnt like cardboard!!! The food in this industry has gone down sooo much this is not a good look. He was very rude.

I really like the stone baked pizza, their spicy potato slices are really good. But it's so hard to order out from this place, I tried ordering multiple times through food delivery apps like skipthedishes, uber eats etc and this restaurant doesn't confirm the order.
I tried calling them and they don't answer properly, once the rep just said you can reach out to app support to get your refund and hung up lol
I've had multiple orders different pizzaville locations but these few experience might force me to look elsewhere, I hope pizzaville can improve their customer service!

I had an amazing experience at Pizzaville Kitchener with a variety of their pizzas, and every single one exceeded expectations! The newly launched handcrafted pizza was outstanding—crispy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The Cup & Char Pepperoni pizza with hot honey dipping sauce was the perfect balance of savoury and spicy, meeting my heat cravings perfectly. We also tried the BBQ Turkey Bacon pizza with vegan cheese, and it was fantastic! I really appreciate that they use separate pizza cutters and cooking utensils for vegan options, showing how much they care about quality and customer needs. The whole wheat pizza was another highlight—crispy, wholesome, and surprisingly full of flavour. Overall, the taste, texture, and attention to detail in every order made this one of the best pizza experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location for both classic and innovative pizzas!

The Super Hot Veggie pizza was loaded with flavour and had the perfect spicy kick, while the Spinach & Artichoke Heart pizza was creamy and unique, a nice change from the usual choices. The classic Margherita was fresh, simple, and satisfying with its basil, tomato, and cheese balance. On the side, the Arancini (rice balls) were crispy on the outside with a cheesy, saucy filling that paired perfectly with the tomato dip, and the Potato Veggie pizza was a pleasant surprise—comforting, well-seasoned, and different from regular toppings. Overall, the variety, taste, and quality of vegetarian items make this location a solid pick for pizza lovers.

I recently ordered from Pizzaville Kitchener and was blown away by the quality and taste! We tried a variety of pizzas — Pepperoni, Veggie, Meat Lovers, and BBQ Chicken — and each one was excellent. The crust was baked to perfection with a nice crunch on the outside and softness inside, and the toppings were always fresh and generous. The panzerotto was another highlight — golden, crispy, and packed with cheese and toppings, super filling but not greasy at all. I also tried their pinza for the first time and loved it! The crust was light, airy, and unique, making it a refreshing change from regular pizza. Overall, everything was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. Pizzaville Kitchener has easily become my go-to spot for pizza, panzerotto, and more!

What a horrible experience. I ordered 4 pizzas through Uber. It took so long that 2 drivers came and left before the order was ready. I’ll never use this store again.
Worst, most incompetent pizza delivery ever. Pizza is all smushed on one side of the box like it was not held in a stable position while in transit. There is cheese and toppings stuck to the top of the box. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst experience ever. This restaurant lies and blames drivers for delays even when the driver is on time. I came from another zone and still reached quickly, but they reported me and treated me with rude and racist behavior. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I will never recommend this place.
