From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly attentive without being overbearing, and the service was smooth from start to finish.

I ordered 3 Thursday specials for my family but was forced to make 3 separate payments. Same order, rung up three times, requiring three taps. Very unusual and inconvenient. This has now happened twice at this location, and the cashier said it’s normal. This is definitely not normal, and possible sales manipulation (e.g., to boost transaction count)? Other Popeyes allow customers to pay for multiple daily specials on a single bill, which is the standard practice. We won't be returning to this location, due to this issue.
