Very bad customer service, i waited for 2 minutes on counter they didnt bother to come ask me for my order, and then i did self order

I am leaving this review because I had a very bad experience with this store’s customer service. The staff clearly lacked basic manners and did not know how to communicate respectfully with customers. The way they spoke and behaved was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

It doesn’t matter where someone is from what truly matters is how you treat people. If you are in a customer ‘facing role, you should know how to speak politely and provide proper service. People come to stores like this expecting a good experience, but when the customer service is this bad, it sends the message that customers are not valued.

If this store wants to keep its customers, they seriously need to improve their staff’s behavior and communication skills.

Good experience, must try mango diamond slush with mango chunks, lichee jelly, and strawberry boba.

Nice service and fast

Customer service is key. Walk up to order and I was instructed to go to the Self-Serve women was short and rude as ever. Placed my order and it was wrong the other young lady was so kind and corrected it. Where has communication gone in this world? It's kind of disgusting. Because of that last lady I dealt with you recieve a good review!!! Keep smiling and thanks for turn my day around because that first lady had me so agitated and irritated and you turned it around by just being kind and communicating and talking and correcting my order.

The boy with glasses was super friendly. Today, I ordered a tea with less ice, and he made it perfectly. Later, I changed my mind and asked if he could add more ice—and he happily did! He made the drink just right. I’ll definitely be visiting again, especially because of the super friendly staff.

Ordered a medium Diamond Mango Slush with less ice and less sugar. What I got was a super watered-down drink. When I brought it up, staff told me “less ice means more water,” which I’ve never experienced before despite ordering it many times. One staff member with glasses was especially rude when I tried to explain. Just sharing this so others are aware — disappointing experience.

I go here very regularly. I love their smoothies. They actually feel and taste nourishing. The staff is friendly! As well their black tea is good too, for a good price.

Conestoga mall location is way better in every way, on costumer service and the taste of the drinks.
I normally go to Conestoga location. But every time I come to Fairview location something is wrong and my order taste disgusting.
Today I was at Fairview location and there was 3 guys but only one guy working making drinks, and the others 2 where seating on table with looks like the wife and kids where visiting them. And there was at least 5 clients waiting for drinks and 2 more waiting for someone to take order. I order a coconut milk tea. And it was just tasting like dirty water with sugar I did not even finish it. It was just disgusting.

I ordered the same mango slush two times and first one was without sugar and then I ordered again, it was more like watery not the slush it was all water.... I have tried other locations they are better than in fairview mall
