Real Fruit Bubble Tea

I guess they don't know what to add they just added ice only in my black tea I don't want give 1 star but 😝

Awful experience already second time, before everything used to be fine.
Why people cannot order the drink with the flavours on the side (other cup) which I said I can pay for, because when I’m ordering large drink with all the fillings I want instead of large drink I’m getting small or medium. What’s the problem of the employees to have good customer service. The other person who the cashier was asking just ignored me at all when I was trying to tell him that I’m willing to pay for the separate cup. Awful experience, ruined evening

Very bad customer service, i waited for 2 minutes on counter they didnt bother to come ask me for my order, and then i did self order

I am leaving this review because I had a very bad experience with this store’s customer service. The staff clearly lacked basic manners and did not know how to communicate respectfully with customers. The way they spoke and behaved was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

It doesn’t matter where someone is from what truly matters is how you treat people. If you are in a customer ‘facing role, you should know how to speak politely and provide proper service. People come to stores like this expecting a good experience, but when the customer service is this bad, it sends the message that customers are not valued.

If this store wants to keep its customers, they seriously need to improve their staff’s behavior and communication skills.

Nice service and fast

Customer service is key. Walk up to order and I was instructed to go to the Self-Serve women was short and rude as ever. Placed my order and it was wrong the other young lady was so kind and corrected it. Where has communication gone in this world? It's kind of disgusting. Because of that last lady I dealt with you recieve a good review!!! Keep smiling and thanks for turn my day around because that first lady had me so agitated and irritated and you turned it around by just being kind and communicating and talking and correcting my order.

The boy with glasses was super friendly. Today, I ordered a tea with less ice, and he made it perfectly. Later, I changed my mind and asked if he could add more ice—and he happily did! He made the drink just right. I’ll definitely be visiting again, especially because of the super friendly staff.

Ordered a medium Diamond Mango Slush with less ice and less sugar. What I got was a super watered-down drink. When I brought it up, staff told me “less ice means more water,” which I’ve never experienced before despite ordering it many times. One staff member with glasses was especially rude when I tried to explain. Just sharing this so others are aware — disappointing experience.

I go here very regularly. I love their smoothies. They actually feel and taste nourishing. The staff is friendly! As well their black tea is good too, for a good price.
