Red Swan Pizza

I ordered the buy one, get the second free all-dressed pizza and was impressed. It’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The dough was perfectly soft and thick, the crust had sesame seeds, and the toppings were really generous on both pizzas. On top of that, the price was extremely amazing. Keep up the good work black swan!

“I ordered a chicken shawarma pizza, but what I received was completely wrong – different base, wrong toppings, and it tasted terrible. I’m 100% disappointed. There was little to no chicken on it at all – seriously, help me find the chicken! This was nothing like what I ordered.”
With all due respect, a couple of tiny dark pieces do not make a ‘chicken shawarma pizza’,
The toppings also don’t match what’s listed/described on your menu at all.
I’ve been a regular customer and know exactly how your shawarma pizza is supposed to look and taste – this was not it. Posting a honest review is my right as a paying customer.Thank you.”

We absolutely love the pizza & cheese bread here but PLEASE tell the staff not to put the sauce inside the box with the food, we feel like the cheese bread is now contaminated because the sauce was inside. I hope the staff called us asking if we want the sauce just on the side or inside the box.

Poor store. Order 36 mins ago still pizza not ready had to go to work without lunch also called in advance and inform i am coming to pick pizza. Also provided them approx 40mins total to
Make a small pizza and they didnt make. And owner says you have to wait for 20 minutes. The reality is staff are told to make pizza after cusotmer comes. No pizza would be made on phone or online ordering remember that.

This Red Swan Pizza location is amazing🤟. The crust is perfectly baked with plenty of sesame seeds, and they load up on toppings. The cheese is fresh, the sauce is just right, and everything tastes delicious. Plus, the customer service is friendly and efficient. Definitely my go-to spot for great pizza!..

I usually order from the location on bridge and Northfield in Waterloo. Wow what a mistake ordering from this dump. The portions are pathetic in comparison. The employee was rude, the washroom was out of service. The employee had India music blasted so loud I could barely hear him. You'd think these franchises would be consistent with their products but nope. Won't be back.

I’ve had Swan Pizza for years and always loved it , it’s always been one of my go-to places. But unfortunately, my experience at this particular location was really disappointing. I asked the person at the front if they could make a half-and-half pizza, and instead of politely explaining if it wasn’t possible, he was rude and dismissive. The only reason I walked out without ordering was because of how unpleasant and disrespectful he was. It’s disappointing when good food is overshadowed by poor customer service.

Red Swan Pizza never disappoints! The crust is always perfectly baked—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—and the toppings are fresh, generous, and full of flavor. I especially love how creative their specialty pizzas are; there’s always something new to try, and everything tastes amazing. The service is quick and friendly, and the value for the quality you get is outstanding. Whether it’s for a casual night in or a big family gathering, Red Swan is always my go-to pizza spot. Highly recommend!

The pizza was delicious; loved the sesame seeds on the crust; and the pizza was filled with toppings- they did not cheap out! My only disappointment was the garlic dipping sauce - it did not taste like garlic at all just like yogurt;
