"I ordered X-Large Paneer Tikka from here & I Had an amazing experience enjoying the best pizza in town! Red Swan Pizza in Kitchener consistently exceeds my expectations. The atmosphere is great, the customer service is excellent, also the staff is friendly and welcoming. It was such an amazing experience to have a pizza in dinner with songs in background. Not sure why but twice now the pizza tastes sweet. If I didn't know better it's like they made a dessert on prep station or same gloves. Crust literally tasted like cinnamon

We Ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza in medium size. The order was ready in 20 minutes when we reach there.
The pizza was cooked to its perfection and the drizzle of BBQ actually made it more melting in mouth.
very good Customer service, dine-in area has pleasant atmosphere. This will now be one of our favorites' list. Will visit Again!

I recently tried Red Swan Pizza and was thoroughly impressed. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining soft and airy inside. The sauce was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and just the right balance of tangy and savory. You can really tell they use quality ingredients, as the overall pizza was top-tier. It’s definitely a place I’d return to for a great slice!

I’ve been ordering Red Swan for years (used to live in Western Canada where it started). It has always been my favourite take out pizza chain, but this store in particular can disappoint. Pizza needs more care and they often skimp out on toppings. It’s still Red Swan so it’s good, just not the best you’ll find.

I was on my way home and stopped in to order small pepperoni pizza. When I first walked in was very surprised that you can't see them making your pizza. They had just a front counter where you order and then they walk behind a wall that no one can see them making the pizza which I thought was very strange. Well I still gave them a chance and ordered the pizza. What a big mistake that was. Took about an hour to get home and once I did I had to spend 45 minutes I was sick. Pizza tasted very funny not like an Italian sauce. Do yourself a favour and stay away or you might get sick.
If a pizza place does not let you see them making your pizza then don't order it. Stay away

The food, hospitality, service and response to my special request(being a vegetarian) was warmly welcoming and supportive which I really appreciate.
