Renegade Chicken Kitchener

Should have read the reviews first. Really disappointed with my order. No curbside pick up, as requested. Went inside restaurant to pick up. The hosts were more concerned about their conversation than assisting the people waiting. Food must have been ready well before my pick up time because it was ice cold when we got it. Everything tasted mid. Cool ranch dip tasted sour. Lastly, there were no pickles which was what sold my son to order. Overall terrible first experience.

Food is wonderful so we gave them 3 trys. Tonight being the 3 time and we are missing items and drinks. Went all the way to the restaurant in person after delivery and Managers was extremely rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't replace or even deal offers for another time. NOT HAPPY.

A few things wrong here. Cold cold food. Missing fries to our combos. And a fly in our food and eyelash. Worst place to order from ever. Never again. Even took a picture but won’t let me upload it. Save your money.

Absolutely pathetic.I rarely write Google reviews anymore, so when I say that this was "a complete and severely disappointing experience." What I'm saying is that there's no recovery.I ordered a tender combo at the "Nashville 911" spice level and honestly even trying to pass off what I received as "Nashville 411" would still be such a complete and utter insult to true Nashville hot chicken that I don't even want to suggest that as an alternate name.I've had some of the spiciest hot chicken available in Nashville. It was so spicy it made me blush, sweat, cry, and get a runny nose while I ate it, even my stomach could tell how hot it was.Whatever pathetic chicken I was sold here could have been outdone with nothing more than freshly cracked black pepper.This chicken was so lame I wish I had ordered KFC because if I had at least I would only have myself to blame for how pathetic the food I paid for was.The only reason I'm okay with having to leave 1 star is because the mac n cheese wasn't completely appalling. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't good, I just can't definitively say it wasn't the most pathetic excuse for mac n cheese I've ever had. The chicken though was BY FAR the most pathetic excuse for hot chicken I've ever had.

It showed up with no Mac n cheese no pickles and no very warm.

Ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and sauced chicken fingers. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was really good, the chicken fingers were okay. Biggest flaw was the fries were cold which seems to be a common comment. Would order just the sandwich next time

This place was fantastic! Ordered 2 renegade sandwich deluxe combos with mac and cheese, and was not disappointed. Sandwiches were on point , mac and cheese was cheesy hot and flavourful. Also ordered mild sauced tenders which were awesome aswell. Definitely will be ordering again!
