Came here with my boyfriend today. I got an iced lavender latte while my boyfriend got an iced dalgona coffee. I really liked my iced lavender latte, but my boyfriend’s iced dalgona coffee honestly just tasted like milk, which was quite disappointing. I think the pink rosy aesthetic of the café has a lot of potential, but has been executed poorly due to cheap decor choices and lack of cleanliness. I’m not sure if I’d come back here again.

My daughter and I decided to have brunch at this lovely establishment. The first impression when entering Rose Cafe was, it's so stunningly beautiful, swans, a tree, pink everywhere, the tables were made with flowers inside them. We ordered chicken & waffles, iced americano, pancakes with pistachio drizzle on them, a peppermint mocha (whipped cream & candy cane sprinkles). Everything tasted amazing, Thank you to Miss Lopez for the beautifully designed dishes and for her sweet smile. You made us feel so welcomed. I highly recommend eating here, if you like a fancy tea party like experience.

Me and my friend went there recently after seeing so many good reviews and it looked so cute. But it was a very disappointing experience. The caffe was not very clean and so the tables. It was dirty but the decor was pretty.so, we stayed as we already entered so couldn’t walk out. We ordered rose hot chocolate and latte, they were okay not bad i will say. And we also ordered the pistachio cheese cake. It was very thin and the crust was too dense even hard hard time to break it and cheese part was like just regular cream cheese but as we had few bites, i found a hair. We couldn’t eat and mu friend took it to the server-they were nice about it and gave us new cheese cake (they did gave us option for refund but i was too shy to take refund so just took the cheese cake) As we were trying to eat again. We found a price tag still attached to the base of my cup and it had two tags actually one regular and on the top was the red sale tag. We had so many questions in our mind how they clean the dishes after costumer uses and how come the tag is still there yk. We kind of felt very disgusted so we left after that. I actually took my friend there as i thought it will be a good experience but very disappointing. They surely can put more effort on cleanliness.

Went here with my bestfriend yesterday (she’s been many times) and this was my first!! First I want to start by saying this place is beautiful all around from the paint Color’s and the decor, the customer service was amazing from the young lady who’s also very beautiful as well!
The drinks were so cute and pretty and so was the food look wise and taste wise was 10 out of 10! Price is good for what you get as well, I will definitely be back! What a great edition to our downtown Kitchener

Great Food & Wonderful Service at Rose! Rose serves amazing food — everything was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. We loved every dish! On top of that, the service was warm and attentive. I even forgot my purse there, and when we called, the owner kindly helped us right away. Overall, delicious food and a lovely experience. Highly recommended! 🌹✨

Visited Rose cafe a a few times. The food's usually good, but the service lacks. Despite the menu, they had no gluten-free options and couldn’t answer simple questions like whether the soup had garlic. It felt like the food might be prepackaged. The vibe in the cafe has changed a lot too. From being more focused on deserts and pastries, they shifted to a full menu. Not sure I'll be back after this.
