If you're craving fantastic Filipino food, look no further than Rosel's Aunthentic Filipino food! Their Crispy kawali is legendary – perfectly deep-fried to achieve that crackling skin while keeping the meat incredibly tender and flavorful inside. It's truly a showstopper! We also tried their Halo-Halo for dessert, and it was the perfect refreshing and sweet end to our meal, loaded with all the right mix-ins. The Sinigang was spot on—tamarind broth was just the right level of sourness, and the lechon stayed crispy even in the soup. The Kare Kare was also great, with a thick, flavorful peanut sauce that wasn’t too heavy, and the lechon added a nice crunch. The Chicken Adobo was classic and well-balanced.

Amazing food, and the owners are super nice as well! They accidentally gave me a non-vegetarian meal and they were very apologetic and they switched it out super fast for me at no cost. Definitely not my last time here :)
