Rustic Slice Pizzeria & Gourmet Salads

This used to be my go-to pizza joint, used to recommend to EVERYONE.
Now the new owners have cut the quality of the ingredients in half and kept the prices high.
Wouldn't pop by here for anything more than a slice, it's just not worth it any more.

Used to be literally the best pizza place ever. I would drive from out of town to come here. Ever since ownership changed, it’s gone downhill at 200km/hr. It’s probably just as good as pizza pizza or domino’s now, so you might as well go there instead because the prices are better. Actually that’s too generous of me to say.

New ownership got rid of everything that was good about old rustic slice like the speciality Thanksgiving pizza and the Greek goddess salad dressing to name just a few things. They will try and tell you that nothings changed but don’t fall for the lies. It doesn’t matter anyways though, because the quality of ingredients and craftsmanship is below sub-par now. They really should change the name as it’s incredibly misleading. I’m not sure why they made all the changes because they took over a perfect business model and had everything set up for them, for continued success. So why throw it all away? Big waste. Sad to see the original rustic slice go.

I think it’s important to note that I went rustic slice under the new ownership twice as well. Once after I heard ownership changed, realized they got rid of all of the good items, gave them a chance anyways and received below average food at designer pizza rates. Then again a second time just to confirm it was that bad. Won’t be going back unless the old management comes back.

Will be interesting to see what this place becomes next.

You messed up the crust guys!! What happened!? New management of you bother to read these please up the crust game back to what the original owners standards were. Very dissapointed. Willing to try again in a few months but right now it's a pass for me.
